I wonder if Anderson Cooper just shook his head after the cameras turned off and told his production team they were treading on thin ice.

While he's a liberal, Cooper is one of the better anchors at CNN for the most part. I know that's not saying much, but he's a sight better than most.

Anyone else notice that BK had his wife and his parents with him at the hearing? I didn’t notice Fords family at the hearing. Maybe all her family knew it was a farce and didn’t want to be there. That says a lot.

Ford’s own family wouldn’t even sign the family letter supporting her claims. It was all in laws.

Luther hit on something yesterday I think , the more of these interviews that come out like this the more K is being “ humanized “ . The left is doing what they did with Trump , they are bringing someone that started off being a figure that would never be in 99% of peoples circle of friends or that we would know and hang out with down to earth and making him relatable to people .

If I've ever posted in the political forum here, I don't remember doing so. But I have been following this thread for the past week or so, reading it as I had time. Interesting thread and I've read some interesting opinions here. Me? I think K should be confirmed so he can get to work.

It is likely that I may not post in this forum again, but I will probably continue to follow this thread until this matter settles down. However I do have a question. I'm not familiar with very many of the posters here, but I've read a lot of posts by a someone with the screen name"Luthervol". In his posts, he seems to have a fascination with bricks and mentions them quite a bit. I'm just curious, is he a disciple of Butch "Brick by Brick" Jones?

As long as you don't want to be a Supreme Court nominee that is. If he has that in his future, he should probably walk away from two of those things.

Although the Dems may whine about someone having a gas guzzling, lifted, off road vehicle that damages the environment and claim they shouldn't be a Supreme Court judge for that reason also.

The guy came across as very level headed in the interview. Not sure if this link actually plays the interview, but you should watch it. Everyone should watch it.

You often reference common sense then prove it not so common. Once again you have a stalemate of testimony with no evidence.

Common sense says you don't like Trump, you don't like K, so your prejudice is thinking for you. Admit your bias and move on. He'll be confirmed. Put your big boy pants on.

It's not a court of law. It's a determination of if he's suitable to be a SC Justice for the rest of his life. Clear headed people would conclude that he MAY not be and that there has to be a better pick out there.

Go find one and ask him.
