The amendment process allows us to change anything in the Constitution that is deemed flawed. If anyone comes up with a better solution, we can change it.

I would love to ask them about square footage of a Yale dorm room and how many people can fit into it. Per fire code I’d say it’s not legal and not physically possible to fit 40 people in there. I can’t believe people really are buying into this stupidity.

The flaw in our government is giving small population states the same power as large population states. It was done to keep the slave holding states happy and in the union. Now, all it does is arbitrarily dilute the power of progressive voters and enhance the power of conservatives.

The justification for that has not existed for 150 years. It's time to reform the Senate and the electoral process to stop minority rule.

It's the United STATES of America. How long do you think the majority of STATES would allow themselves to be ruled by the minority of STATES? Are you encouraging civil war? I can’t think of a better way either. Justices are chosen by a president that was elected by the people. Then confirmed by a senate that was elected by the people.
