How in the hell did we lose to these guys?

Arkansas is playing well defensively, but UK is also throwing the ball all over the floor and very sloppy.

Arkansas has better athletes than UK at nearly every position.

I know its unbelievable....Also We lost to a terrible Florida team and terrible Colorado team...We beat the good ones and lose to the bad ones....I can't figure it out lol

Arkansas has a chance to be really good come March again depending on if Nick Smith Jr comes back.

I have seen a few games when Ky played well. When they play well they are hard to beat, but have way too many games when they are not playing at their best. Ky will be up for us. We better be ready when we go to Ky

The game changed on a dime when UK started the second half with 3 lackadaisical TOs which led to 6 Arkansas points. They've also had multiple turnovers where the ballhandler just loses the ball in the paint on the way to the basket. They weren't even forced. Arkansas is playing well, and that would still be a close game regardless, but UK is garbage.

The game changed on a dime when UK started the second half with 3 lackadaisical TOs which led to 6 Arkansas points. They've also had multiple turnovers where the ballhandler just loses the ball in the paint on the way to the basket. They weren't even forced. Arkansas is playing well, and that would still be a close game regardless, but UK is garbage.

Arkansas's whole roster flipped. They were/are relying on 3 5-star freshmen and a bunch of transfer portal guys.

They lost 2 first-round draft picks to injury near the end of the year so they're having to recalibrate their team which explains their bad start + a tough opening SEC schedule. It's not that surprising that they could get things rolling down the stretch. Just like UK they have the most talent in the conference so they're always going to be dangerous.

That seemed like a fairly docile crowd in there tonight too. Only got up for a handful of defensive possessions late in 1H. It isn't really just talk anymore; maybe a bunch of them have given up on Cal.

Arkansas looked good---they were flawless in the 2nd half. A long, athletic group not to be underestimated at all, at least
not based on the way they played tonight.

Prior to tonight, UK had won 6 of 7. There are never enough UK losses to enjoy, but that is certainly nowhere near enough. Tonight was a welcome return to their losing ways.
