Kentucky vs #6 Ole Miss

Even for a real injury? If Nico goes down after a sack because he's hit his off shoulder, we should have to replace him for the rest of the drive because of that stinger?

That's what you want?

What you're doing is encouraging guys to NOT have potential injuries assessed, so what if Nico's arm IS hurt and he doesn't get it checked and he's then hit again and ruled out for the season because his arm is further injured?

That's helpful.
Players already do that and they aren't the only ones that can stop play to eval an injury. Having them sit a little longer if they need to come out will reduce major injury, not increase it.

No solution is perfect. But it's crazy to not make things way better becasue a perfect solution doesn’t exist.

It's interesting how the Fainting Goats of Ole Piss are trying to slow down UK's tempo with the flops...that  is UK's tempo, it seems.

That's why having neutral trainers come out is the best idea I've seen.

We have refs to call penalties who (supposedly know the rules) and (supposedly) call things fair. Perfect? No. But lots better than calling your own penalties.

Same with injuries. A questionable injury is currently "self reviewed" which is like "self called" penalties. It doesn't work but you can't just arbitrarily say "all injuries are the same and deserve the same amount of time out of the game" just like all penalties aren't the same.

It just makes sense to have someone neutral judging the injuries since teams are trying to get an advantage, just like they do with penalties.

UK needs a 7:45 TD drive...
