You win, I've heard it all!!

This is why I cant leave this board....comical quotes like this one.

Austin Peay is 1-9....with losses to teams I didnt even know existed and your going to tell me they'd "steamroll" UK on a neutral floor? How does one respond to this without laughter? AP's only other win coming from Arkansas State in overtime.

You, good sir, need to post more. Laughter is the key to a good day.

Austin Peay- 82
Kentucky- 57

IF THEY PLAYED RIGHT NOW

We lost to a team who has actually been to the NCAA tournament. Bad loss but your lose to Gardner Webb was worse.

Not trying to join the useless pissing match ya'll got going on, but IU has 5 national titles, which tells me they have been to the tourney a couple of times. Just sayin'.

Though a loss is a loss, this isn't a terrible loss. This was a good game for the young Cats to play in.

I was talking about your brown bag lose to Gardner Webb. One of your fellow retards was talking sh*t about are crappy lose yesterday. Just wanted to put the hillrat in his/her place. You are good people though hardwood.

Cal is the best recruiter in America.

As a coach he's not even top 25

I thought this was already witnessed when he didn't even make a final four with Wall/Cousins group?

You're wrong.

No other coach in America can take a group of freshman and make them play together and teach offense and defense on the fly. I thought you guys would have learned that from watching Pastner these few years.

As for Wall's team.....upsets happen. The best team rarely wins the ncaa tourny.

I never talked sh*t. I never said it was a bad loss.

YOU came in and inserted the "sh*t" but yourself. It was a tough loss to a very rich basketball tradition school.

And, considering you loss to AP and Oakland so far (in the first 8) games...

UK was absolutely terrible when they lost to Gardner Webb. I mean, they had Billy G.

I think the other poster (which I agree with) is just stating that losing to Indiana, at Indiana isnt as bad as losing at home to Austin Peay. The part that cracks me up is where a couple of you think AP would beat UK on a neutral court. I'm not going into reasons why, but to start AP was 1-9 with the only win against arkansas state in overtime.

They lost 3 games the whole year. I call that a huge success considering Cousins acted like a 5 year sometimes. Wall was a beast.

It was a success, until the tourny. You can have all the talent on a team you want, but if you dont have 1 outside shooter, you're liable for an upset.

They had good shooters...they just didnt shoot good enough. Not to mention, that one WV senior had a career game.

Anyway...We learned yesterday.

Indiana > Kentucky (at Ind.)

AP > UT (at UT)

So... Indiana > AP

All > UT.

No offense UT, but it could get ugly. Not trying to hate. I wish the best, but losing to AP makes it scary.

I thought UT had a decent season coming up. They kept it close with Duke, almost beat Memphis. But losing to Oakland for the 2nd straight year and now losing to AP at home....wow. I always pull for the SEC teams, but this is looking bad. From what I've read it seems the UT faithful is already turning on Cuanzo. I dont blame them.

I agree. I support all the SEC teams, and genuinely thought after the Memphis/Duke game that they could be good.

But now...feels like all the hope is gone.

I'll just state it like this: any UT "fan" who wants Martin fired after eight games is one of the biggest idiots you will meet on this planet. It's no secret that I hate a good portion of our fan base.

Hell, I think UT fans are better than UK ones. Everybody at Captain D's today was crying and cursing off IU.

Funny, I said the same exact same after Billy Gillispies first few games. Then I said the same exact thing after the season.
