He should be - should have been a 15 yard late hit penalty on NW and instead forced a punt and took another key player out of the game. These refs suck out loud.

I think that's a case where the NU player definitely targeted by launching headfirst. It just so happened he missed the head/neck of the KY player. By the rules I think it's a good call, although it's a bad rule.

He jumped on top late and drug him down. He definitely was excessive and late with that needless contact.
