And waiting...
On both Septic and LG to answer the questions posed.
To what, that she's not waving a sign that god hates ****?
I never said she did, you inferred that.
She and they have a common belief, its undeniable to anyone with a modicum if intellectual honesty. Maybe I need to draw you a picture so you'll stop inferring.
Both have read Leviticus and believe that the nonsense contained therein applies to others but not to them.
I can see both sides of this. She should probably step down after this term, because she SHOULD fulfill the duties of the office to which she was elected. However, the rules have changed since he was elected. Therefore, I think that she should be allowed to serve out her term, draw her salary, and let someone else fulfill her duties until the end of her term. She should not be allowed to run again unless she is willing to do the job as called for.I don't doubt people will be upset with ANY outcome here.

This administration violates court rulings but claims they were "mistakes"
The judge said he believed they were -- he's mad they haven't done enough to fix it. And if between now and the hearing they provide documentation that they are fixing it, he'll cancel the hearing.
There's quite a difference between that and a government employee willfully refusing to follow a direct, on point, Supreme Court order, even after being instructed she had to.

I support the troops in the gay marriage war, but I don't support the mission of gay marriage. See how stupid that sounds? However, the law is the law, except Obama is allowed to enforce whichever laws that he likes, and let others slide.
Calm down Francis - just showing that violations of court orders occur and in some cases the Judge shows some discretion in how compliance is achieved.
In Obama's case, he doesn't enforce immigration law now, so what difference does it make? In the Kentucky woman's case, it's really not that serious whether or not she issues licenses. So, if you are president, and the constitution changes you don't have to uphold it unless you run for office again?
So this little gal has been divorced three times, at least one of which apparently involved her cheating, and she's now the Evangelical circuit's key champion of family values. All because she don't like the gays.
I've seen a lot of **** in my life, but it never ceases to amaze me, until the next time I say this exact same line.
What a joke of a human being.
Although, I will say that the final joke will be on the rest of us that actually have a sense of hypocrisy and care about moral integrity. As for her, well, Evangelicals about to make her ass rich.
The question isn't apples to apples. Which specific change to The Constitution does the new Prez not want to enforce? And what religious belief does he have that makes him not want to support it? I need more information.
