Of course you will girl. In reading the first paragraph it would appear they had a tad of an agenda though?
New York City, November 3, 2005—One-third of patients with health problems in the U.S. report experiencing medical, medication, or test errors, the highest rate of any nation in a new Commonwealth Fund international survey. Assessing health care access, safety, and care coordination in Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States, the survey found that while no one nation was best or worst overall, the U.S. stood out for high error rates, inefficient coordination of care, and high out-of-pocket costs leading to barriers to access to care.
LMAO.Ah, so now the goalposts have been moved. Well, in that case, there is this:
How doctors killed President Garfield
I'll miss Kim...because of the memes.

I think it would allow the motivation/priority to come from the right place, yes.
Not your best effort EL. LOLAh, so now the goalposts have been moved. Well, in that case, there is this:

The reason we rank low is because of cost, not the actual care we get.Show me a reputable a reputable source that says the US ranks above all the single payor/nationalized healthcare systems. Rush Limbaugh doesn't count.
The third-leading cause of death in US most doctors don't want you to know aboutThat’s your article? 2005 slanted article who claims US is 5-10% higher on medical mistakes than 5 other countries? Lmao
Nobody is claiming Drs dont F up and kill people girl. You jumped in on the US healthcare system isn’t capable of providing top care as compared to other developed countries and you’ve doubled down on dipshit articles just isolating US care errors and not doing an objective comparative analysis.

And the Garfield post was classic you! 1880’s medicine as basis for comparing to today’s healthcare
The other thing that shows how idiotic her comparison is is the reporting or lack thereof in other countries. Since lawyers are camped out right outside ERs waiting to hand out their cards to grieving people that might be looking for a payday, we are far more transparent than many other countries. It's just like all this garbage going on with reporting COVID.Nobody is claiming Drs dont F up and kill people girl. We have more lawyers, so we will never know the truth. This all started when someone claimed, in jest, that Kim could not possibly have been killed because NK has socialized medicine. My point was that it happens all the time in the US system and our system has more malpractice than many other nationalized systems. Prove me wrong.
The strawman is strong with you today girl. The other thing that shows how idiotic her comparison is is the reporting or lack thereof in other countries. Show me the studies saying this. I can show you lots of metrics showing the US trailing lots of other countries.
Note that healthcare is not just about having the best facilities, or superstar physicians, or a great innovator. It's about across-the-board results. And that's where the US fails.
You wouldn't claim that the country that does the best job feeding its people is the one with the most innovative and cutting-edge Michelin 3 star restaurants, would you?
No need, you're doing that by yourself. This all started when someone claimed, in jest, that Kim could not possibly have been killed because NK has socialized medicine. This is one of the reasons my wife is trying to get out of health care. The constant stress that she has felt from knowing that a disgruntled family could possibly bring a frivolous lawsuit against her has been overwhelming at times. One of her co-workers who had a patient die nearly 3 years before had to go to a review board to fight for her job because some sleaze bag lawyer had gotten ahold of them before the 3 year statute limitations was up. She had nothing wrong and it was proven so, but her livelihood was at risk and that was unnecessary toll on her psyche and made her rethink her profession. The other thing that shows how idiotic her comparison is is the reporting or lack thereof in other countries.
