Wait. The same DA dropped gun charges against Grosskeurtz (sp) at same time he brought gun charges against Rittenhouse?

That seems off to me…

they also dropped a pending DUI and other charges stemming from him casing unmarked cops (or something like that). basically cleaned him up as best they could prior to his testimony.

I believe gun charge stemmed from prior felonies he had that impacted his gun rights.

obviously I could be wrong but I think it's unlikely all 12 go convict and if they did I think it's unlikely the judge overrules them. I presume the defense can use the prosecutorial issues in an appeal.

The only way they are supporting two of them would be to mow the grass in the cemetery because they came in first and second place in the Darwin awards . The other dude ( lefty ) I guess they could help him hold his Xbox controller, maybe push a few buttons for him . That would be positive and constructive support .

I think the judge has stated over and over how the prosecution has overstepped and crossed lines. I would be surprised if the jury convicted him on any counts based off of testimony and video evidence. If they do, I believe the judge will then base his actions on all the prosecutorial misconduct. I would rather see the jury just do what they think is correct and not worry about the consequences( based on reports).

I'm just saying I don't think the judge would over rule the jury - it's an extreme move

Since this has gone as long as it has as far as deliberations go, my guess is there are a couple of snowflakes on the jury that are afraid to make a decision and want someone else to do it for them. So typical of today's generation where they don't want little johnny's feelz to be hurt.
