Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

That’s how I feel about bicyclists. If your kid were to ride their bike on the hwy you’d beat them. But some 40 year old with autism can forget to put pants over his boxer briefs, and a go pro on his helmet, and now I have to share the road with him?
My view is anyone riding on anything other than neighborhood side streets should have a license that applies to the vehicle or bike they are riding and that vehicle or bike should be registered and ensured and wheel taxes paid.

Don't get me started on these dumb F's that ride down the middle of a major 2 lane road at 5 in the afternoon and when they come to a traffic light just stay in the middle of the road when it turns red and let the 200 cars behind them fume.

I don't think that slogan is one of violence. It was chanted at peaceful protests across the country.
That then quickly devolved into violent protest in many instances

. What is the opposite of peace? So if there is no "justice" what exactly is being proposed?

Agreed, they should be ticketed as any other driver.

If by chance Rittenhouse is convicted here, I expect the judge to declare a mistrial. He's got all sorts of grounds to do exactly that.

I will add that I think the judge erred by not sequestering this jury
Why was this trial not moved to begin with? And yes, why was the jury not sequestered?

I got sequestered on a jury I was on probably 30 years ago on a case that I had never heard of until I was seated on it. All I can say is the accommodations in the state of Tennessee for jurists sucks, two to a room in a hotel that had painted concrete block walls and no cable.

You just trolling over here? The same guy who pointed guns at the jury and question the defendant’s right to remain silent?
Nevermind the fact that that same prosecutor called KR the aggressor and said that since he had the gun he had no right to defend himself.

Go ahead and add Enemy of the Free Press to the list.

Despicable excuse for a Judge.
If this judge was actually as biased as leftists believed, riddle me this……
Why hasn’t the judge already granted on of the four motions to dismiss filed by the defense? If he wanted Rittenhouse to walk, he has had many opportunities to do so and to even grant with prejudices to prevent any retrial. Sounds to me like he is doing everything he can to allow the system to products jury verdict over which he of course has no control.

2 to a room? Oh hell naw. I don't do that in a 4 and 5 star hotel with my company.

It depends upon how "hung" they are imho (no pun intended). If it is 11-1 not guilty, probably not but if it is 9-3 or 8-4 I don't think there is any doubt they will retry him.
The AD will be forced by political pressure from the angry left to retry no matter what the count. This whole episode was a show trial from the get go. An objective DA would have known the minute he or she saw the initial video that the facts of the case made a conviction extremely unlikely. But the rioters and their enablers on Twitter were mad and demanded a scalp, regardless of the facts of the case. So here we are

Sounds like a Days Inn to me.

They’ve only been deliberating for about 23 hours, which isn’t all that long. I’d say if it stretches into next week the judge will start to push the jury to come to a conclusion.

Thought they started deliberations on Monday and it’s day 4.
