Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

Whoever said it was only 23 hours appears to be right. I thought it was Monday this went to the jury. Guess I was wrong. Or maybe they only count court hours and not real time.

I find that hard to believe unless 6 people got paid to render a guilty verdict.

Not me . The way I’m thinking is there are 6 people trying to do right and determined to make it a fair trial and there are 6 scared to death that they are about to be doxed ( they are ) and are afraid of the lunatics that will try to make them lose everything .

All states require unanimous verdicts in criminal trials.

Interesting. Apparently that just changed last year based on a Supreme Court case. Another failure of our media. I don’t recall hearing about that landmark case a single time

First, your side has run over people and we see in this case shooting some people, and on other occasions recklessly confronting them. Or invading the capitol and threatening to hang the vice president. So don't pretend like violence or threats of violence is one-sided. That's just an idiotic claim by you.

Second, I have said in this thread many times and in other threads that I agree 100 % that protestors who engage in violence ought to be prosecuted, whether they light a couch on fire or throw a rock at a cop. Absolutely 100 % agree.

Why is it SO HARD for the right to condemn people within its ranks that run over peaceful protestors, raid the capitol, or go looking for trouble like this young man did? Why do you insist on circling the wagons around these people that make your cause look so awful? I truly don't get the reticence to disavow them.
I can’t believe what I just read. Then again it’s coming from a leftist so I guess I can.

1) the people that got ran over were not “peacefully protesting” in the middle of a ******* road! They were actively smashing Windows, busting off mirrors, pulling occupants from their vehicles and beating the chit out of them.

2) the right condemns whoever was wrong. If the aggressors that got shot were black, the left would say we were against them because of that fact. But here we are with 2 white boys saying the same things we would’ve said the other way around. They were dumb AF for bringing nothing to a gun fight and then proceeding to chase the man with the gun. They wanted to be macho and show they weren’t scared in front of a crowd. That lack of judgement cost them their lives and they would still be here if they had only let Rittenhouse go when he fled.

3) Rittenhouse wasn’t there looking for trouble. It’s arguable if he “should’ve” just stayed home but to say he was looking for trouble is asinine. He was there to help if someone needed it and PREPARED for trouble. HUGE difference. If he’d been “looking” for trouble, he would’ve fired at his first opportunity. Instead he tried to run to keep from killing anyone. That evidence alone destroys your theory.

they count the amount of time deliberating

I believe the jury instructions are something like 40 pages long and they were instructed to go through the process on each of the 5 counts.

hard to say what's going on but the judge doesn't seem concerned that they are stuck

According to Posibiec's US Marshal sources, whose attendance at the trial has not been explained, it was 10-2 a couple of days ago.
Apparently they've got one of the best jury consultant/whisperer or whatever they do..sit there and read the second someone changes their verdict ala the Bull show...I've never bought into that as a science

Not sure this is what you're saying, but If someone is getting info from a deliberating juror, it should be a mistrial or the juror should be kicked out, or an alternate brought in and deliberations start over. Don't care who you think is right.

These prosecutors must have been absolutely amazing if they’ve got 6 guilty votes on a case that didn’t even have enough evidence to be taken to the grand jury. 😂

I’m so disappointed that they sucked so bad every time I was watching.

No I think he or someone talked to one of the defense team and this was their analysis from that consultant they hired that worked on the OJ trial...she was there analyzing jury reactions and note taking during trial Consultant who helped select jury in the O.J. Simpson trial is working with Kyle Rittenhouse's attorneys - CNN

Very possible. Maybe a few activists as well.

Yep...Evil Kyle...lured in a child rapist....a kick jumper...tricked a guy in to hitting him with a skateboard so he could shoot him...and poor Gaige was no match for that criminal mastermind

There could be any number of issues, including the lesser included offenses. I'm also waiting for Posobiec to explain how he went from 10-2 to 6-6.
