Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

Yep...Evil Kyle...lured in a child rapist....a kick jumper...tricked a guy in to hitting him with a skateboard so he could shoot him...and poor Gaige was no match for that criminal mastermind

There have been some people in the Arbery thread asking why he didn't try to flee as well.

I guess the people that followed him completely lost all self control and had no idea what they were doing after this mind-controlling fbi wizard told them what to do.
You see no problem with a government plant going to to multiple groups encouraging them to storm the capital? Why would anyone in government want to incite something like that? Seems extremely irresponsible at best and walking the line of illegal at worst.

Long answer, but I tend to overcomplicate things sometimes...
I don't know what this informant did and I haven't seen the videos. Informants are informants for reasons, including that they are criminals trying to keep themselves out of trouble and willing to turn on their buddies for leniency. If this is what happened it doesn't mean the fbi instructed him to do so. It may mean he was doing what he and his friends went their to do. We don't know what he told the FBI about his plans or what they told him to do. If they did instruct him to try and get people to storm the Capitol, I find it completely inappropriate. I also find the actions of the rioters inappropriate no matter who egged them on.
If you watch the videos it didn't look like he has any friends.

Different state...in Wisconsin self defense laws..the targeted doesn't have to show they tried to flee before defending themselves View attachment 412827View attachment 412828
Do they in GA? I've posted about this in the Albert thread. I assume their stand your ground law is similar. Most were written by the same lobby.

If you approve of the stand your ground laws on principle, shouldn't the concept apply Albery as well? Feel free to @ me in the arbery thread if you like so we don't derail this one.

This one guy convinced everybody else to storm the Capitol and because he said to, they are blameless?
No, they are idiots. Find them charge them and let them serve their sentences. Still, it's very problematic this guy is seen multiple places inciting people to storm the capital and he was a government plant. There is something very wrong with that.

“ Peaceful” protesting and assembly is absolutely encouraged here in our great country. You make it so hard to like attorneys .
Just reading his posts, he’s not an attorney. He/she barely knows law and has no idea how to interpret it on here. Much less a court room. I ain’t buyin it

So the duty to retreat becomes an issue if you’re committing a crime. Was discussed a few days ago.

An interesting result of the state failing to prove the weapons charge is that I don’t think it’s an issue any longer.

Honestly haven't paid much attention to that one...think he was probably up to no good scoping the house but those guys weren't the homeowners or hired by the owner...so I think they're guilty

Regardless of what he was up to, those guys went way over the line. But thats a different thread and I don't want to derail this thread anymore than I have with my original comment about Arbery.

I just saw this on Snopes actually
age 19, Rosenbaum was sentenced to prison for sexually abusing five children — all boys between the ages of 9 and 11 — in Arizona’s Pima County in early 2002, according to his case file obtained via a public records request by Snopes.

Regardless of the situation that evening, this man deserved to die. It is sad that he was able to ruin one more kids life before he went. Kyle unwittingly did the world a great service at least in regards to this child rapist.

Two of three of the guys he shot were convicted felons and the guy who did a flying kick on him (but didn't get shot) also was a convicted felon. That doesnt mean the others besides Rosenbaum, deserved to get shot because of their past but does show what kind of people were the core of this supposedly peaceful protest, eh?

This media coverage is so bad. It seems the entire prosecution case revolves around one video, the one where they claim Rittenhouse points his gun at Rosenbaum.

I’ve yet to see that portion of video broken down and spoken about by either side of the media.

Has anyone here seen that specific section of video brought up? I’m specifically looking for it because I couldn’t tell much from what the prosecution presented and would love to see someone highlight the key figures in the video and break it down

Because the felons chased rittenhouse and assaulted him and grabbed his gun as he was fleeing. Arbury was not going to get shot until he turned around and grabbed the shotgun and attacked the son. Both led to their own deaths by stupidity

Yes I am sure Arbury didn't feel like his life was in danger before he grabbed that gun.
