Kyle Rittenhouse - The Truth in 11 Minutes

No, I did not.

BUT - as @Septic pointed out, a Civil proceeding is an entirely different animal.

I won’t pretend to know enough about it offer a prediction… but I’d say 51% in favor of the Plaintiffs is a real possibility

Sure but if you’re looking at this and saying “I don’t believe he instigated the encounter”, then it doesn’t really matter that there’s a lower threshold.

Yes it’s lower, but you said you saw no evidence that Rittenhouse instigated. So it’s a lower standard, but not a 0 standard

So the Chair of the DCCC thinks that Jacob Blake was murdered and unarmed????

How are black people okay with being used as props by people pretending to be working for their cause? You'd think being treated like children by fake allies would be infuriating.

I’m not saying he’ll be convicted in Civil Court, just that it’s a much lower bar.

The jury could rule that Grosskeurtz (for example) was 49% in the wrong, and Rittenhouse was 51% in the wrong - and under the preponderance of the evidence threshold Rittenhouse would be liable.

Why does no one appear to know any of the facts about the Rittenhouse OR Blake cases? I know it's only been a year ago but damn people. So many folks talking out of their ass.

The elephant in the room is if it doesn't fit the narrative they have no interest in knowing, or even worse, absolutely know the facts and absolutely don't care.

He has the hardest to win case of any of them. He approached Rittenhouse on video with a loaded weapon, he raised his hands in the air, so Rittenhouse didn’t fire and stepped back. Then he points his weapon at Rittenhouse and gets shot in the arm that’s holding the gun and nowhere else. No other shots.

What evidence would possibly be in his favor?
