I was specifically responding to txbo saying two individuals were going to murder the kid.
I’ve said over and over again that WI SD requirement has a lower threshold than most states. I even quoted the regulation. To be clear, out of the three incidents, I don’t believe the 2nd murder was justified under WI SD.

This is all about what you "believe". What you believe does not constitute the law. When disputes of the law arise, we have trials, and a jury decides whether or not the defendant was guilty of a crime. The jury found KR not guilty. He did not violate the law. A fair, legal proceeding where the jury was presented the facts of the case found that it was not murder, as you keep insisting it was. So it doesn't matter what you "believe". The law has spoken.

As to caliber what kind of damage do you think a .40 caliber round from a handgun at pretty much point blank range would have done to Kyle’s head?

I (not WI law) don’t think one shot was warranted in the 1st murder. The last victim who lost an arm is the hardest instance to argue differently given the facts that have come to light.
Pretty sure I said he had an AR-15 but I’m definitely not a gun expert.

Again, I believe if he would have been tried under lesser charges for both murders, he would have been convicted.

Do you understand that the jury agreeing with self defense on the higher charges automatically erased the lesser charges.
If he’d have somehow been originally given lesser charges the jury would have still acquitted on self defense grounds based on the evidence they saw.
It’s either self defense or it’s not, there is no well maybe involved.
