Must be rough working hard and having the focus and drive of Butch Jones and you cant beat Will Muschamp.

Kind of like having a decade of dominance derailed by a coach who played golf and went to the beach half the time.

Coach Mac gave the kid a tryout and must of liked what he saw. Didn't his last QB get picked in the 3rd round?

I can't think of any QBs that CBJ had drafted???

Seems like a lot of those guys listed were 4 stars. I

The point a few have made in this thread can't go unnoticed. It's not just the stars but the actual volume of stars. Every school has a bunch of 4 and 5 stars that never pan out for whatever reason. I'll take my chances however with 3 or more 5*'s and 15 or more 4*s each class than a classes with 15 3*s that everyone hopes can be coached up.

Mock the idea if you want but UF got some of the very best defenisve talent because of Muschamp and the reputation of the defenses. You'll still recruit there well but will it continue to be at a AL or LSU level under Mac? We aren't talking mediocre here. Similar question for LSU with Steele now.

Here's another prediction. Florida returns to their Vandy status that they enjoyed for the first 75 years of existence and TN returns to their rightful place among the college football elite they have enjoyed for a hundred years.

We have an eight page thread dedicated to a 2 star QB who committed to Florida. My God, I hope we finally beat them this year so stuff like this won't matter. (insert response of 'this is the around the NCAA forum' ....)

Mosely was a 2 star when we offered him. Maybe McElwain just thinks this kid will provide decent depth. I don't think this means Florida hired Dooley 2.0. Now if he had stated "The SEC no longer has Florida to kick around" at SEC media days...

bumped to Composite 3*. Lol Top 100 QB and Top 200 in Tx. Not bad for a kid who's a back up.
