I think we need the highest rated center we can get maybe two. Collins is really a four type player. KK will be our only true center after next season. We need to look at point guard and a combo guard. I think we need to sign four two will be graduating and one other may never play so that leaves us with 8 and I think you need at least 12. I think team may have experienced some fatigue later in the season because of extended minutes. This may have been a problem on almost every Holly team since she's been here. She keeps the roster to low.

It’s expected for no one to have committed to us by now or it’s expected that we won’t have a good class?

Cause I’m referring to the timing. I’m expecting us to still have a good class regardless of who we signed in 17 and 18.

I like the video she will be a good one to. It`s clear Brown is better on the offensive end and want to be a stretch 4 because she can hit the 3. Now if you want someone who can help you extended the defense it`s Tamari Key she can also score on the low block to.

FACTSSSSS, that’s the main reason why I hate Tucker didn’t pan out. She was the combo guard we were looking for. Pure shooter who could actually score AND play D! Water over the bridge but I do hope we can recruit a shooter here soon. I don’t think our 2018 class has one, from a pure standpoint but you never know.

I wouldn't call her a pure shooter. This season at Villanova she is shooting 38% from the field, 38% from three, and only 56% from the charity stripe. Her shooting is mediocre at best.

After her injury I wouldn’t expect her to be the same shooter she was coming out of high school.

I actually watched her play in high school, those shooting percentages aren’t indicative of how I think she would have panned out had she never gotten injured. The girl could shoot lights out!

but we had people to leave this year after the fact DD TC AM that's 3 more players and the frosh would not have to play so much and would have learning curve.

not by choice, remember the season before we lost Carter and Jones and Cooper due to injury. This year we lost Middleton, Cooper and DD. All of these contributed to short bench.

Jayla Hemingway playing in Tennessee state tournament in Murfreesboro. She had a slow start (nerves) but settled down to go 9 for 14 while scoring 26 points for Houston victory over Mt. Juliet. She also had 7 rebounds and a couple of steals. Only 5’8” but a strong athlete.... watching the game was Mississippi state coaches. I did not see Tennessee?

Lanetta Williams led Arlington with ten points and 11 rebounds. Some have her at 6’4” ( NOT). The other team had two bigs listed at 6’2” and looks about same size? Just saying,,,,,, she is thin build and a lefty but uses her right but not successfully this game. Rated #35 by hoop girls 2019....... I don’t see it or not in this game !!

Rhyne Howard looked good but headed to UK. Our Hayes sisters continue to excell and both shooting the three well!!!!! I hope help on the way !! 🤔

Someone the other day suggested starting a post with updated recruiting information. I would be surprised, though it's certainly possible, if the 2019 class is as highly rated as either the 2017 or 2018 class. It's just not that easy to get 3 top 5 classes in successive years. If we did, we would probably have 9 or so AA's on the roster. It has been done, but not very often.

Riverdale by 22 after the 3rd qt. Alexander has been in foul trouble and on the bench about half the game. Aislynn is good, but Alasia is a scrappy player and gets a lot of loose balls and only a sophomore.

Different types:

Asilyn is the point guard... and for two years she has played point while having four other Divisions I players to keep happy including sister Annie last year. She will shoot the three but looks to distribute the ball. If the defense is lax, she is taking it to the goal!!!

Alasia is the more aggressive and even outsized will mix it up with the inside bigs. I think her three shot is better than Asilynn but she would penetrate before taking the three. Keep in mind she is only a sophomore and still developing her game!!!!

The baby sister is rumored to be the best athlete? I have not seen her play! However , her eight grade team from Christiana was introduced at the state tournament as winning their league. Not surprised 😲
