True. But it is against the law not because it is harmful, but because the politics involved. People are finally starting to realize that and that's why so many states are starting to legalize.
It's only "wrong" because it's currently unlawful to smoke. At one point in time it was "wrong" to drink alcohol.

It's wrong to do both no matter how you put it. And you make it legal then you don't only have to worry about people drinking and driving but driving while on that stuff? You know how many lives will be affected by a death caused by an accident due to this? If it's made legal.
