I agree whole heartedly brother. Soon as it's legal I'm going to go pretend I'm 15 again and roll an extra big fatty lol. But for many of us, and obviously Mr. Coker too, the risk outweighs the reward regardless of how we feel about the bullsh*tness of the law.

It's wrong to do both no matter how you put it. And you make it legal then you don't only have to worry about people drinking and driving but driving while on that stuff? You know how many lives will be affected by a death caused by an accident due to this? If it's made legal.

I wish they would allow it to be legal to have Mary Jane in your system and play football. It's not like it's a performance enhancing, it's the exact opposite. Athletes should be awarded a trophy if they do well while in cloud 9

Do you not think they will regulate it, so now instead of paying $25 for a smoke sack, you're paying $50 or $75?

Do you not expect them to allow only certain licensed growers to grow it? You might grow enough for personal use, but you won't sell it

You're asking a lot of the government

Look at liquor. Its legal, yet you still have people making untaxed liquor and going to jail. Same will be for weed

DUI (specifically use of MJ) is up 50% in CO since it was made recreationally lawful in that state.

Drinking alcohol and smoking weed are not inherently "wrong", IMHO and in the opinion of many many others in society. One can do either or in moderation and affect no one negatively. What you describe is a situation where someone does A and then does B. That doesn't make action A wrong.
