I wonder what the list of NON-potheads would look like.

"I think we should legalize marijuana in this country, so potheads have nothing to talk about ever again." - Daniel Tosh

You're right, that would be a great list. My list includes not trying to make outlandish statements that connect pot to anything degrading. Obviously didn't make Coker any less of a bad*ss

Yea...Steve Jobs co-founded Apple because he smoked pot in 1972. Good grief....pot heads are pathetic.

As Oprah would say, things will change once old people that are set in their beliefs pass away. Old people are cute though

Pot didn't make Jobs found anything....But the fact that he wasn't closed minded and did smoke shows that he had the ability to think for himself. Which is a characteristic that can be connected to him founding Apple. Carry on sir

I always thought Coker was on the overrated side. He didn't blow it up here. Went to Hampton and, at a lower level of play, wasn't particularly remarkable. IIRC didn't score an invite to the Combine and couldn't, IIRC, hold a position on the Browns. Even his vaunted speed didn't really live up to the hype. He was fast enough to win a State 100m title so what speed he had was legit BUT his 10.85 in doing so is hardly jaw dropping. ZR's title time was a 10.80 and DY's runner up time was a 10.76.

Mind you I'd have liked to have seen what he might have looked like if he'd stayed and played up to his potential but I'm well short of this "We may have missed out on a Dorsett type back." mentality.

It's only "wrong" because it's currently unlawful to smoke. At one point in time it was "wrong" to drink alcohol.

And the Govt realized it was unable to put the genie back in the bottle once it's out. So why would they release a new one knowing that it's a possibility that they may have to try to put it back in the bottle yrs later?? I'm not anti-weed so don't go ballistc on me brah. I'm just anti-legalizing it. Just don't think that it's best for the future.

So to stay on thread topic...I wish Jason Whitten still had eligibility...not just because he's a badazz TE we so needed this last year but also cause I hate seeing him in a cowgirls uni.

Not sure where this is going, but we all seem to be going with it.

You do know that Coker got kicked off the team, right? Would you say pot has negatively affected his football career? I'd say the answer is pretty obvious to those of us without an agenda.
