Oh. so now closing the borders IS wrong, and since he "did nothing" that was the RIGHT move. Please let us all know when you change your mind again so we know how to react. At least now the left's claims of him being a racist are baseless. Those that criticized that one step turned out to be wrong. But no harm done.
Trump has been wrong countless times since, costing thousands of lives and crippling the economy for years to come.
To me that’s just partisan hyperbole. There’s plenty to not like about Trump but don’t insult my intelligence and tell me he basically killed people when I can look around the world and see governments of all types that tried various measures and all had similar or worse results than what we did. Those that criticized that one step turned out to be wrong. But no harm done.

It's your position Trump is responsible for the deaths AND the damage to the economy? Nice. Most leftists think they have to pick one or the other, logically. Way to not settle. Those that criticized that one step turned out to be wrong. But no harm done.

Don't pee on LG, "The Drama Queen's" parade. To me that’s just partisan hyperbole. No harm done? That one step was the first step and a huge one at that. You delay that another couple of weeks and who knows where we are at.Those that criticized that one step turned out to be wrong. But no harm done.

The virus and the shutdown are what's crippling the economy. Not sure how that falls onto Trump. Is that why the left is pushing the continuation of the lockdown? As long as we're locked down, there will be no recovery. So is it concern for the citizens, or concern for the election? Politicians being politicians, I'd guess the election. Those that criticized that one step turned out to be wrong. But no harm done.

It's playing politics with a global tragedy. To me that’s just partisan hyperbole. A natural coronavirus experiment is playing out in Kentucky and Tennessee — BuzzFeed News
So the article is saying that Kentucky has less cases because their Governor was more aggressive and that’s better. Here are some other numbers that I didn’t see in the article:
TN tests 10,048/1mil
KY tests 5533/1mil
TN has 5114 cases
KY has 1849 cases
TN has 101 deaths
KY has 94 deaths
TN has 1.9% death/cases
KY has 5.1% death/cases
I think the best thing Trump has going for him is his personality is transparent. Generally speaking, I know I can listen to him, scipher out all the egocentric crap, and see exactly what he thinks. That’s exactly what it is... a talking point. Trump is one of the most flawed men to hold the office, yet people still coalesce around him because the opposition is just plain nuts.
What date did he disagree with the good Dr? Cause here he is on Feb 29th saying all is well...
Nah I’ll just defer to the expert Dr Fauci. From The New York Times: The ‘Red Dawn’ Emails: 8 Key Exchanges on the Faltering Response to the Coronavirus Experts inside and outside the government identified the threat early on and sought to raise alarms even as President Trump was moving slowly. Read some of what they had to say among themselves at critical moments.

The people who threw a pizza party the day we passed Italy in positive tests because it proved our non-Universal Healthcare system was broken all the sudden believe our Healthcare system would have prevented all death if Trump wasn't in charge? To me that’s just partisan hyperbole. I like the one who is facing charges for fraud. Seems apropos.
