To me it’s a freedom issue.
If a business says you can’t come in without a mask then that’s their right to do so. You have the right to go elsewhere if you don’t like their policy.
The government telling you that you have to wear a mask and can’t open for business is tyranny.
It’s not that hard.

For me...Red is high risk. If she gets this thing she’s likely dead. I have to work or we don’t eat. So I wear an N95 mask and a buff over that. I stay away from people as much as possible.
If you don’t want to wear one then that’s your right.

With 100,000 deaths so far I think we can stop comparing it to the flu even if it’s not as bad as they predicted.

Here’s an interesting tidbit.
Usually they predict next years flu from this year. We’ve done such a good job on stopping the spread of all Flu that they have no idea how to project next year.

Edit: per the pharmacist I do work for. I have not fact checked that

Yep..... and we have pretty much cured COPD around here..... it’s a Christmas miracle

its true...normal flu deaths are almost all being counted as COVID

Probably because captain dotard is literally calling his vaccine task force "Operation Warp Speed."

Though it's not that he actually believes a vax will be available 'all of a sudden', it's simply to dupe people into believing it will appear suddenly out of the ether.

Assuming of course this wasn't on nine holes or at putt-putt, that's a solid round. I shoot mid 80's, score improved by about 5 strokes almost overnight after ditching my Scotty Cameron peripheral balanced putter for a face balanced Odyssey mallet.

I normally shoot mid 80's, however Sunday we played at a course with raised cups so that made putting simple. But I'll take it anyway I can get it

heck yes, as you should and as the usga agrees. No need to lag a putt, just wail on it and graze the raised edge of the cup. We have cut off pool noodles at our club.

The club where I'm a member has foam in the holes, you still have to sink the putt and can't pull the flag. But I played with a friend at his club and I'll say I'm a fan of the raised cups, just bang it in baby.

I mean to hear this news lady speak, it was like I was in a different world. She was adamantly stating the right of a private business owner. It was bizarro world. She probably felt the need to vomit after recording that.

How often do you not cover up your sneezes or coughs in a public place?

Personally I dont recall too many of instances of being sneezed on without the person trying to cover the spread.

And again this hasnt been an issue with the general public vs the at risk population in my life time. Unless you were directly visiting an at risk person in a hospital its never been required. Not sure why we suddenly Karen so much about a risk we have been living with our entire lives.
