I would say one is definitely more self serving than the other.Who were ridiculed for their stance of just wanting to leave the house without a mask. But somehow hundreds of thousands packed shoulder to shoulder while yelling and screaming isn't a threat. Which is more likely to spread this world ending virus?
Equate them in terms of virus transmission. You seemed very concerned when I wanted to go to lowes yet hundreds of thousands packed shoulder to shoulder while yelling and screaming is now ok and less of a danger to your family. How to you justify that stance? The bigger the issues, the bigger the crowd. I suppose you want to equate both movements, the open up the economy at all cost movement to the police reform movement?
I don't go to protest, I don't get in crowds. It's what I can do. I can justify my actions. To say I'm "OK" with large gatherings one way or the other would be misrepresenting my position.Equate them in terms of virus transmission. But you don't have to go to lowes either. As someone scared of this virus, are you condemning both as dangerous acts? Acts that threaten the safety of your family?I don't go to protest, I don't get in crowds. It's what I can do. I can justify my actions. Actually their impact wrt spread isn't comparable. However one was demonized and one is being justified under the cause of social justice. This appears to be done along nothing but political lines. The virus understands politics?Oh, so now you want to compare going to lowes to going to a protest. If I "have" to go to Lowes I will, I don't "have" to go to a protest.
It doesn’t matter what you are doing..... if it is a health emergency then it is a health emergency.... just a couple of weeks ago, they arresting business owners.Oh, so now you want to compare going to lowes to going to a protest. If I "have" to go to Lowes I will, I don't "have" to go to a protest.
Look around, the protesters are being demonized by the right under the guise of spreading the virus while at the same time downplaying it's ability to spread to "open up" the economy (service sector). If Republicans are running around like it's no big deal, I have no problem with the other half protesting.Actually their impact wrt spread isn't comparable. I’m ok with the protestors.... people doing anything they want to do bc this disease is made up nonsense.Look around, the protesters are being demonized by the right under the guise of spreading the virus while at the same time downplaying it's ability to spread to "open up" the economy (service sector). Then why is the left silent? They attempted to set the social distancing standard and it is absolutely being decimated by these crowds. However they are now telling us the protests are more important to public health than covid19 and their previous distancing guidelines. The hypocrisy is amazingly blatent yet you can't quite bring yourself to condemn it with the same vigor you did my lowes trip or haircut.Look around, the protesters are being demonized by the right under the guise of spreading the virus while at the same time downplaying it's ability to spread to "open up" the economy (service sector).

Please stop being an oxygen thief. It's not the end of the world to just say it is a bad idea to have that many people together even if their cause is just. The bigger the issues, the bigger the crowd. I wouldn't say I condemned your lowes trip. It was more think of your family and do what you can to protect yourself and them. Did you not social distance or wear a mask? Then why is the left silent? See, I'm good with it all since I've realized this was a huge screw up (some might say a hoax)
