Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Well crap , I’m no longer a non mask virgin . Stupid ass governor and his mandates . I had to wear one to go into a business . I still rubbed up against as many people as I could trying to spread it around and made sure I was no more than 4 ft away from anybody around me . Maybe the steam off my glasses helped spread some herd immunity . 😉
Mask cherry popped....bwahahahaha.

It concerns me because though I’m not sure how many attended, 13 is a big number.

Young people may not be affected as much as older people but they can spread it to those they come in contact with. Family members and fellow citizens who may not have the same level of resistance.
WHO said if they are asymptomatic they probably cant spread it (just before they changed their mind and said just kidding).

The bigger the issues, the bigger the crowd. I suppose you want to equate both movements, the open up the economy at all cost movement to the police reform movement?

Alright I am gonna go there on this one:

The COVID shutdowns led to 20.6 million people being out of work an an unemployment rate of 14.7%. Suicide rates increased by I believe 6,000%. This was 100% caused by the government and excessive shutdown policies so people protested against the government.

In 2019 15 unarmed black people were killed by cops. None of the cops were told by their precincts, their bosses or the government to go out and kill unarmed black people. This was 100% and individual blatantly disregarding the duties of their job and in no way was perpetrated by a government entity.

The COVID shutdown effected significantly more people and was an extreme example of government overreach that led to the oppression of people. The killing of George Floyd represented a much smaller issue in present day America. It's pretty wild that people can't see this.

It seems this Clay Travis tweet is per usual based on a bit of misunderstanding or misinformation, I can never tell which:

1) Only about 20% of people never develop symptoms. They are those considered asymptomatic.

2) Of the other 80% of people who DO develop symptoms, they are more often than not shedding virus before they get their first symptom. WHO would not classify them as asymptomatic. They are considered pre-symptomatic. Those are the people who are a more common vector of transmission.

Actually, around the world, we are finding that children are NOT spreading the virus. There was a large contact-tracing study done in the Netherlands, and they concluded that zero of their studied cases could be linked to an exposure involving an index patient <18 years old. I can hunt down the report if anyone is interested.

There is also an article set to be published in the next Journal of Pediatrics with supporting evidence. You can read it here:
COVID-19 Transmission and Children: The Child is Not to Blame

WHO Reversal – No Stealth Spread of Virus
According to WHO's Head of Emerging Diseases Unit now says, CoronoVirus rarely spreads from Asymptomatic People like they tried to proclaim before.
The Gig is up!
Time to fire up those Trump Rallies again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just going to ask the question....so what? Why is it "bad" news that there are positive tests? In and of itself, is a positive test bad? Especially with young people?
Just leftist trying to keep the fear alive. It's over. The Economy will come roaring back and the Trump Rallies will return. 😁

People are fighting back!! So the governor says you can't race on the 19th but you can 3 days later? 🤣😂👌

"North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper has ordered Ace Speedway in Alamance County to be closed immediately, declaring the venue an imminent hazard.

The order was issued on Monday night and says Ace Speedway must notify the public by 5 p.m. on Tuesday that its schedule has been canceled until June 22"

"The venue’s next event is scheduled for June 19, but no such cancellation notice has been published by Ace Speedway channels. The order allows the governor to send in state police officers to enforce the order if track operators Robert and Jason Turner do not adhere to it."

"The track first reopened from the coronavirus pandemic on May 23, but only after Alamance County Sheriff Terry Johnson refused to enforce the mass gathering order under a conviction that it was unconstitutional. The track has now hosted three events and has averaged nearly 2,000 fans packed from shoulder-to-shoulder around the .400-mile track"

The state police should shoot the spectators in the name of safety.

Race relations in America takes another hit.

I have to admit at first I was very confused when I read that. How are 2000 people standing shoulder to shoulder around a 400 mile track? I know there are some big people out there, but dang. Then I was like, wait a 400 mile track would be huge! That's like 400 miles.

It was only after those two Einstein moments that I realized it was a .400 mile track.

This is exactly what it’s going to take. Just don’t abide by their rules. Like who keeps drawing all those silly lines on the roads? Those lines mean nothing to me as I roll right over where someone painted POTS upside down with backwards letters right on the road! Those silly people.

Ok, 3.5 hours with no response. I’m actually shocked. I figured you’d get pounced on. I agree that COVID is massive government overreach but that doesn’t lessen what happened to Floyd. Both are bad. The question becomes what are we going to do about both of them?
