Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Definitely. There's a huge amount of pressure to re-open businesses and try to get our economy back up and running. Trump having a rally of 20K in a packed indoor venue this weekend (with no social distancing and no requirement to wear masks) is geared towards changing people's mindset, and that it's safe to go about our lives normally. I think this rally is insane, and is testimony to Trump doing what he does best... stupid sh*t.
If you only see the pressure based on who occupies the WH, I can't help you.

Reading through the recent data correlating MMR vaccine with CV19 protection, I wonder if the CDC/WHO has considered recommending elderly or even younger adults get the vaccine or a booster (if already immunized as a child).

There's absolutely no way that the government will mandate a vaccine. Never say "never?" I'm saying "never."

Don't take that as me giving me opinion on the vaccine. I will wait until I see the research.

Once upon a time I would have absolutely agreed with your “never” statement but the more I see of the rampant insanity sweeping across this country the more I start questioning if “never ever” has permanently changed to “never maybe”.

Was discussing this with the wife last night. At my last yearly in Nov my dr recommended I get my titers checked. Said there had been studies showing the levels in many adults were lower than they should be. He did recommend boosters for patients if they were low (mine were good). Just interesting timing imo

@kiddiedoc
So is the data pointing towards the bodies fight response triggered by the vaccine as a learned behavior that would nudge the body into the same fight response to CV-19 or does it involve the immunities created by that vaccine?

Would someone having had childhood measles and mumps along with the MMR vaccine required for school have some kind of natural long term protection from CV-19 or would a booster, as you mention, be needed to activate the bodies fight memory again? Does our body forget how to react with a fight the infection response over time?

Have they sent you any emails explaining how political protests are immune to corona but political rallies are not?

2 things
1. 2600 people didn't just get sick overnight, these were positive test that they got back this morning. Also positive cases are down from yesterday and so are deaths.
2. Most importantly, that guy who goes around playing grim reaper has ZERO credibility anymore after he protested for several days. He's one of the biggest hypocrites throughout this whole ordeal while spreading fear porn, he's a first class dumbass
