Agree for the most part with you, but school administrators and athletic departments don’t want to get handed lawsuits 5-10 years from now from players who were “coerced to play” after being told COVID was harmless and now they claim to have permanent lung damage. Sounds a little out there, but that’s the world we live in - no one wants the liability or to be blamed for anything negative
You clearly have no idea of what you speak ofThat’s not how lawsuits work - all the plaintiffs would have to do is claim they felt pressure to play and were not informed of all the health risks associated with COVID. Not saying they would win, only that these types of claims and suits are what keep school chancellors up at night
Flu season hasn’t even started yet. Jesus Christ you guys are clueless. All I know is the flu and pneumonia have taken the year off. over 34k in 2019 vs just 6k in 2020 and I do not remember people living in fear, wearing masks and trying to cancel everything and stop living. People are told to live in fear and that is exactly what they are doing. Before anybody tries to say wait until somebody close to you gets it. Well too late, my wife had it back in early Jan and they had no ideal what to call it ,so they called it a upper respiratory infection and she was laid up for about 10 days. Right now one of my friends was told that he has it but there is just one little problem with that. He was never tested for it. So believe whatever it is you are going to believe.
Flu season really takes a toll in the fall. Not saying you may not have a point but it’s disingenuous to use 6,000 s a 2020 tally when the meat of the activity has not yet occurredAll I know is the flu and pneumonia have taken the year off. over 34k in 2019 vs just 6k in 2020 and I do not remember people living in fear, wearing masks and trying to cancel everything and stop living. Lol you are clueless if you believe that hospital ICUs are “filled up” Because of CovidAyyy let's see how many conspiracy theories we can fit in one thread. If the flu ICU patients are so large in number that the hospitals have to suspend all other elective procedures and bleed revenue for 3 months, they'd get paid a little extra for those patients too
Yeah I'm sure COVID will happily oblige people the time needed to get skinny, much the same way germs happily observe the "5 second rule" before attaching themselves to food when it hits the floor. You failed the IQ test. The answer isn’t masks...the answer is correctly identifying and addressing underlying health issues and becoming healthier as a nation.
