The CDC guy, Redfield, said previously that mask wearing was more effective than getting a vaccine. Really? More effective than 95%? Where's the media calling him on his BS? Incidentally if the standard is to keep people from getting really sick, as in not needing hospitalization and of course not ending in death, then these vaccines are 100% effective. 100%. How effective are masks?

They’re going to force people to take it. I have no doubt they’ll make it mandatory and require proof in order for people to do participate in life. I could see them having credit card companies making proof a requirement in order to make transactions. It’s going to get really bad with the government over reach.

I feel like there are plenty of people who would revolt if forced to take a flu vaccine, and we've had 70-something years of experience with it.

The idea of mandating a medical treatment with only a few months of safety data for people who have as low as a 0.001% risk from the infection is mind-blowing.

It is mind blowing, but also consider how far they're willing to go to risk the destruction of the economy and the permanent loss of businesses for this ordeal. They will force it upon us one way or another.

My kids have been in daycare for almost this whole time. They get everything. And as far as I know, they haven't gotten this. I'll probably cave and give my kids the vaccine if they require it to keep living, but I'd throw in a large sum of money to challenge it in court.

I'm 71 , and I'm not taking it unless they are able to sneak up on me, knock me out, and give it to me while I'm unconscious. I don't need their stupid stimulus money, and I don't need to fly if they make a vaccine a requirement.

Our youngest grandson lives with us, and he has been in daycare since March. To my knowledge, he hasn't gotten it, but we have all had times off and on with sore throats and runny noses (but we all have allergies). They did have a confirmed positive test in the daycare several days ago and closed it until December 9, but the child who had it was not in his class. I teach, and our students have been on-site all but three weeks since August. I know a lot of people who have been adversely affected by this health-wise, but I also think a lot more of us have probably had it and just haven't been tested. I don't know. I think my wife and I both had it last year this time and into the spring.

so just dropping this number in another thread got me pissed off thinking about these stupid debt fueled bills.

Federal tax receipts for 2019 were $3.5T

We stupidly passed that damn CARES act earlier this year valued at $2.2T

Now we’re stupidly talking about another $1T+ bill.

So these two idiot bills alone equal almost all tax receipts for 2019. Could somebody please explain to me where in the hell this money is coming from?

Put peoples asses back to work now.
