Like any sickness, the severity varies from person to person, depending on a lot of factors. The echoes that were bouncing around were that no one would be talking about Covid after election day, because the world was fabricating the severity of it to get donald trump.I don't recall anyone on this forum stating that C19 deaths would go away after the election. If someone did, by all means let's call 'em on the carpet. There are a lot of folks very sick from this. There are also folks, on this forum, who have had it and state that it was far more palatable than getting the flu.
The argument wasn't that no one would die. It was that the media would stop covering it once Trump lost.I don't recall anyone on this forum stating that C19 deaths would go away after the election. And I will say the same thing I have always said. Why the hell would the networks stop covering something that brings them ratings? The whole argument makes no sense. Ratings are what matters. They are going to ride this pony until it bucks them.I think once Biden is actually in office we will see less less coverage of it.
The networks will carry it as long as they can get ratings by blaming Trump. Once Biden takes ownership of the crisis, the media coverage will dry up.And I will say the same thing I have always said. I have no issue with people jumping in line ahead of me.
