Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Probably has nothing to do with millions of people from other states and countries visiting FL for the last 3 months. What would’ve prevented this?

Exactly - this is just another attention headline with an agenda with no backup to it.

Florida is about 49% vaccinated which ranks about 26th in the U.S., and breakthrough cases after vaccinations are about 1%. Yet, here we are comparing these numbers to last year at the height of the pandemic. I would be very curious to see how many of these current hospitalizations are vacationers and/or caused because of vacationers.

So which is it - the vaccine doesn't work, or the context in this article is ****?

Only state sanctioned staycations should be allowed

This is the information on Mayo Clinic site. Percentage who have at least one dose of vaccine.

13.0% under 18

61.8% 18 - 64

98.0% 65+

The media can't seem to figure out which button to push - the vaccine works and everybody should get it, or Delta is a death sentence and we need to lockdown again. Tap dancing between the two is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen.

same for the administration - see my link at the top of the page. Both the CDC head and a spokesperson have inadvertently put the odds of getting Covid if vaccinated at 5 - 10%. That is completely wrong yet they've said it.

Try out both and see how the ratings swing
