herd immunity threshold.

Problem with people claiming natural immunity from previously testing positive/thinking they have it are numerous:

(1) They could have had a false positive test.
(2) They may think they had it without ever getting tested (and be wrong).
(3) They may have had it, but didn't generate lasting immunity to it.
(4) They may have had it, generated a substantial response, but that response has now faded.

Freedom of movement, fourth amendment for a couple.

How is your movement being restricted? You have to wear a shirt and shoes to enter most businesses. You have to have a driver's license to drive. You have to have an photo ID to fly. Regardless, the freedom of movement under the constitution is about interstate travel within the US, which is not being restricted.

There is no fourth amendment violation because there is no search or seizure

Vaccine passports are a search of your medical history.

.Gov requiring private business to check vaccine passports is no different than .gov mandating a private business exclude customers of a certain race, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

1 and 2 are contradictory.

3 and 4 are as likely for vaccinated (partially vaccinated)

They may have got it, got the vaccine anyway, got the virus, and infected others.
They may have never had it, got the vaccine, got the virus, infected others.

Wearing a t-shirt, or possessing phot ID's, does not require anyone disclosing a medical history that is supposed to be protected by law, which also is supposed to prevent discrimination, which is also supposed to be understood by lawyers...real one's anyway.

Not contradictory. The first group are people who got false positive test results. They got tested. The second group are people who got sick, think it was covid (but it wasn't), and recovered without ever getting tested.

Does data support you on (3) and (4)? I.e., if you had it and failed to generate a lasting response, does that mean a vaccine will have the same effect (i.e., won't generate a lasting immunity).

On 4, vaccine immunity may fade, but the vaccine will, by definition, occur after they've been infected. I've seen zero data to say that the previously infected who get vaxxed are in the same or a worse position than if they had not gotten vaxxed. Lots of data saying they're in a better position (see the recent CDC study looking at this issue with people in KY).
