Hmmm. Isn't this more of an argument that we should be wearing better masks than none at all? And with that, I readily agree. Cloth masks were at one point a necessity. Now everyone can get a real (N95, KN95, etc) mask.

That's an oversimplification of my thoughts on the issue. I'd like to incentivize people to be careful and responsible about their firerams. If you leave a glock in your car's console and it is stolen I think that's pretty horrendous and deserves some level of responsibility for what it is used for later. If an owner has it in a gun safe and it is stolen that's a lot less culpable. There are many levels in between.

If someone steals your car and runs someone over with it, should you be held responsible?

This is the first time I've heard that the Moderna dose was higher than Pfizer...doesn't affect me..I had the J&J and will wait till more research and trials go into mRNA tech New data suggests Pfizer and Moderna's vaccines may be less effective against Delta

There's plenty of science behind masks not working. Also, yes this is anecdotal, but I think it's pretty easy to come to the conclusion that children losing literal years of learning and social interaction will be stunted in some way.

Necessity in the sense that it was that or nothing. There was not an adequate supply of high quality masks for the public at that's time. I never said nor implied that no mask equals certain death.
