Not sure if they will do the nucleocapsid test routinely. I know a guy.

My wife did the CVS test, and it came back no antibodies. She had Covid in December. My belief was the particular one she took at CVS is not very good....????

Also, I assume from a very low level understanding(on my part) of reading some of your posts that our immunity goes much deeper than a reading of some AB test....

Or, you can be on Staff at local hospitals and talk to nurses assigned to COVID units, making you aware that the hospitals actually contain quite a few vaccinated folks in rough shape.

Two part answer:

1. I just can't find details on the rapid ab test. No idea the threshold or sensitivity.

2. Yes, there is definitely an elicited T- and B-cell "memory" response, which is not easily measurable. IOW, even if your antibody level declines, your immune system still retains the ability to quickly respond/make new antibodies. The best indicator would be a reliable data source showing chance of reinfection after recovery. UNBELIEVABLY, this data simply does not exist in the U.S. However, the limited data from abroad and some isolated studies here are showing excellent protection from naturally-acquired immunity.

I had an antibody test at CVS as well and was expecting it to come back positive. The woman who did the test told me something I found very odd: “The only positives I’ve ever seen are from people who have been vaccinated.”

I asked her if she found that a little strange. She didn’t really answer, she changed the subject.

They ask in the screening questions. I’m not suggesting they are fixing the results. I just thought it was a most improbable observation. I even asked her if she just started. She worked through the entire pandemic.

I sat across a conference table (about 3 feet) on Thursday and half a day friday from a friend who has covid. He has symptoms and a positive test. Neither he nor I wore masks. He didn't talk much. I washed my hands frequently. I do not have any symptoms.

So far: SIL tested positive for antibodies without symptoms while living in my home, son had covid with symptoms, and my friend in close proximity in a conference room. I wonder if I am just lucky or if something else is in play.
