In a normal country neither should be a big deal, changing science and all that. But china is built on the State's authority, and a good chunk of that relies on them being correct. They were facing massive internal protests, and had to censor entire states it was so bad. And those issues havent gone away. So you add in Covid lock down failure on to the preexisting voting/history/minority abuse, and they are facing even bigger protests.

Mexico, which did away with all the requirements for proof of vaccine earlier.

Apparently, Americans are the only stupid ones that still believe the fraud Fauci and the CDC about how dangerous Covid is. I had it, got over it, never went to the hospital and proud to say I've never been vaxxed.

Is this for the same vaccine that is now outdated or is it for one that is effective vs variants but isn't even tested and approved yet?

I’m not sure how they decide that . Where’s the cut off ? Like if we get 50 million doses and “ they “ decide it’s ineffective, do we get credit , do we just eat that money and start over with the improved version? Sounds like there could be a small opportunity there for the tax payers to take one in the shorts . 🤷‍♂️

Considering the first “ immunity “ was good from zero to 2 months. We already lost and big pharma won. Marketing through the federal gov is profitable.

I think a case can be made that the vax turned a bad infection into a mild one for the most part and that's something but it's not immunity, nor does it prevent transmission. It's absolutely insane to keep getting the same shot 4 times or more. If they're pushing the shot that was designed for the initial C19 then that's a big problem. I've heard chatter of work on a shot designed for the variants and one is not even a shot, but a mist...but I've heard nothing that's been developed

I read somewhere that they are able to modify the vaccines for new strains without even doing a lot of testing. This is just another reason to "just say no"

Correct, but it takes time. And, new variants are inevitable (as with other respiratory viruses). Thus: it will be a perpetual game of chasing their own tail, while continuing to sell billions of dollars of new shots to the government.

Yeah. The moron I work with who tested positive, aka panic mcghee is finally coming back to work tomorrow after 2 weeks. He literally does nothing but bitch about masks and how scary big bad COVID is, but he was so worried about it that he never even went and saw a doctor after testing positive.
Its been a glorious 2 weeks without his bitching and screw ups and that ends tomorrow. Its a sad day.

I've had 3 and am not getting anymore. Had Covid and got over it. Only problem I have are with those who have their badges of honor for either getting them or not getting them.

I have this feeling people like that will change their tune afterwards. We have a lady like that at our work that was deathly afraid of the Rona, wore masks all the time, etc, etc.

Well... she caught it. And after only one day of symptoms, she's "just tired" which is a pretty common side effect of this strain. Not quite the death disease she thought it was.

Honestly, it's too the point the flu is worse. Or at least longer symptoms.

Im curious how much bitching he does tomorrow. Supposedly he has had symptoms for 2 weeks. However 2 others that tested positive, including our 75 year old who is on a chemo pill both came back quicker with fewer issues and half the headache. IMO and ive said this out loud, hes worked himself up over it so much that its in his head and he doesnt actually have half of what he says he does.

One of my job supervisors has been trying to talk me into getting vaccinated for the past 2 years. He has always called me crazy for the stance I take and we would get into at least one argument every week. Recently I've been pointing out to him that the majority of the people who we know that are getting covid are those who are fully vaccinated. He has been out for the past 3 days and he was actually supposed to be gone on vacation this week so I didn't even realize he was sick. He finally called me this morning to tell me he wasnt feeling well and when I asked him if he was sick he said " I have some type of respiratory virus. I know what it is but I didn't want to tell you because I knew you'd give me a hard time." I do believe a light switch just got flipped.

Welp next twist. He didn't show up this morning. Told everyone yesterday he would be here then woke up and decided he was still too sick.
I went on my little soap box rant this morning and all my supervisor said was, I can't say that but I don't disagree.
