Depends on how a person goes about doing it. If someone is minimizing suffering with a quick, clean kill, that is more justifiable with feral animals and understandable. But if a person is okay with PUTTING CATS IN ****ING BAGS WITH ROCKS AND DROWNING THEM, then yes, that makes them a bad person. There is a big damn difference between putting an animal down with kindness and respect, as opposed to treating them like trash and torturing them. Big damn difference.

But I will continue commenting about posters thinking it is okay to beat, torture, and drown cats because some "sweet" old pappy and mammy did it all the time. It is disgusting and abhorrent.

Looking at this realistically, it's not like the kitten could've been out "running the roads" looking for trouble and got hurt. In an apartment, there's only going to be a very limited number of people who COULD have interacted with the cat..... unless there was some kind of party or gathering.

Outside of that, Beasley appears to be the only one who has been said by more than one person to have interacted with the cat.

And the cat was definitely hurt so.....

Someone tortured poor Nugget, I am not debating that at all. And I hope the full force of the law is brought down on them with felony animal cruelty charges. But we need to let the process play out before we start convicting folks in the court of public opinion.

Unless there was a parade of people in the apartment, VERY few suspects COULD have hurt the cat. It's just that simple.

If there's only 3 or 4 possible suspects and the cat isn't faking the injuries, one of those folks did this.
