I can’t really tell from the video (length), but like many of these caught on camera, often times the individuals that get attacked have been pursued for several minutes by BLM/Antifa and are under constant threat even as they’re trying to walk away. I wonder if he was lashing out just trying to get them to back off as he was trying to put distance between himself and them.

Alert and aware as well as armed at all times.
