MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The last of three suspects charged in the death of a Memphis pastor pleaded guilty Tuesday to second-degree murder.

Eduard Rodgriguez-Tabora pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in the death of Dr. Autura Eason-Williams, a Memphis pastor who was killed in her own driveway during a carjacking in 2022.

Tabora will have to serve 20 years in prison.


The Shelby County District Attorney’s Office said that his information has been turned over to Immigration and Customs for deportation to his native country, Honduras.

Tabora will serve his sentence in Tennessee before being deported.

Eason-Williams was in her driveway on Whitehaven Lane when a car with two suspects pulled up, according to a statement read in court by prosecutors.

Venezuelan Migrant Charged in Chicago Execution-Style Murder​


A Venezuelan migrant in Chicago is facing a murder charge after allegedly gunning down a man as he begged for his life. The alleged shooting took place on a public street in front of witnesses.

Chicago police arrested Kevin Perez-Paredes, age 24, after he allegedly shot and killed 25-year-old Crismer Nieves. Judge Caroline Glennon-Goodman detained the Venezuelan migrant after saying Perez-Paredes “for lack of a better word, executed” Nieves, according to CWB Chicago.

The only point they have is that we should try to screen people. No system will ever accurately screen and catch all offenders. Nor will any system ever fully prevent illegal immigration.

The problem is the current administration seems to oppose any actual enforcement of border policies.

I don’t think we should ever turn away anyone who passes a background check and physical exam. But I also accept that both need to be performed and anyone who avoided that processes needs to face consequences.

The Biden admin seems fully opposed to consequences

Taking up for these foreigners that have no rights to be in our country. It absolutely blows my mind. I'm sure you would also be fine if they just decided to waltz right into your home as well after all statistically Americans would be more dangerous.

LOL, I have no problem with legal immigration if a foreigner wants to be here that's fine.

However they should have to come through by following the proper process.

They should not be allowed to just walk across the border bypassing all the people that are willing to do it legally.

Migrant Rapist Suspected of Murdering 19-Year-Old French Girl Was Released Early From Prison, Evaded Deportation​


A Moroccan migrant rapist suspected of killing a 19-year-old French girl in Paris was set free from prison early and despite having a deportation order was not removed from the country before the alleged murder, sparking demands that the new government finally crack down on immigration.

France has once again been rocked by another gruesome murder apparently at the hands of a migrant, as the body 19-year-old student, named as Philippine, was discovered Saturday half-buried in the Bois de Boulogne park of the affluent 16th arrondissement of Paris.

The suspected murderer, referred to as “Taha O.”, is a 22-year-old migrant from Morocco previously sentenced to seven years in prison for rape. The migrant, who’s DNA was discovered at the scene of the murder, was released from prison early this month after judicial authorities determined that he no longer presented “a threat or a disturbance to public order,” Le Figaro reports.
