Not a Catholic, so I don't know for sure. I honestly don't think so. trUT knows a good deal about Catholicism. I would defer to him on the matter. To me if she was, she would be on par with Jesus as being sinless. I once thought that Catholics held Mary as basically divinity until I did the prudent thing by asking a priest rather then speculating on my limited exposure to Catholicism.

Does anyone who believes in Jesus disagree with the following points?
1. I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
2. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord.
3. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.
4. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
5. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again.
6. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father.
7. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
8. I believe in the Holy Spirit,
9. the forgiveness of sins,
10. the resurrection of the body,
11. and life everlasting.

Does it also state that "no man may guess the hour, correctly?"
Because I have a group of atheists willing to pop out several children (nurture, after all), all who plan on popping out several children, who will continue to "know" that the end of the world is every hour of every day.
Just to forever forgo your Rapture.
So, I ask again, is God smarter than that, and therefore, can't man "guess the hour, know it, and be correct?"
As the "serious student" of the Bible, I'm sure you'll have an answer.

Atheists do not breed. They are derelicts, alcoholics, the deranged etc. Many of them are professors, usually in philosophy, religious studies or another part of the humanities department where they can glad hand with Marxist bedwetting colleagues.
They just take other peoples children who are smarter than an average person but not intelligent enough to think critically and engage, and cow them with their pseudointellectual bravado.
They also as a group hate God. That is because as a group, they are like Madeleine Murray O'Hare and are not atheists at all. They are rebels who hate the God that made them.
Atheism is depressing (look at all the nihilists) and sometimes gives fertile ground for the reconquista of evangelism.

The fact that you ask such a question though, in light of my views, makes me believe that subconsciously you firmly believe that one only adamantly rejects something if and when they are living in denial. Of course, this would lead to the following implications, GS:
1. You are a homosexual.
2. You are jealous of militant Islamists because they are doing to infidels, by their definition, what you wish you had the courage to do to infidels, by your definition.

We were speaking of religion and spiritual matters.
Actually it was academia and not religion that first objected to Galileo's revolutionary ideas, they were set in their ideas about Greek assumptions and his telescope turned their world upside down.
For the most part Christianity and science (Latin for knowledge) have gone hand in hand.
On the other hand, islam has taken credit for scientific discoveries it did not make but robbed from other cultures.
A prime example is the arabic numeral, which it took from the Hindus of the Indus valley.
Oh and while they were taking the arabic numeral and learning about the concept of zero, they didn't neglect to take nearly a million slaves and murder a couple million men and rape their wives. Stuff like that they don't teach you in sixth grade.
Not so, any more than the Assyrian church came from the roman catholics.
