Iowa State has a reputation of slipping up and beating good opponents occasionally. I have some decent respect for Iowa State.

As of late last night....OSU AD saying that Hart has not asked for permission to speak with Gundy. Looks like it may be a rumor...although Hubbs is saying the interview will happen today.

I hope Gundy is interested. I think he is 1 of the 2 best coaches we would have a good chance at getting. If you can recruit against Oklahoma, and Texas and go 11-1 in Stillwater, your doing something right.

I would say OSU's boards that I read are about 50/50 on let's keep him vs. don't let the door hit you, which surprises me as it seems their best success has been under him. I thought this was a good post from one of their boards, and tells you what others think about our program at this point:

"No. What we aren't ok is half-*** coaching the last two weeks, milking the university into a HUGE contract which this year he DIDN'T earn, then interviewing at a middle of the road SEC school when he should have his *** back in stillwater reviewing film on how to fix this mess he's made of the QB situation...."
