I have been telling you the Houthis are going after everyone. Its never been about some grand anti-Israel compact, they are 100% being terrorists who happen to sail by them. this is at least the second time they have hit a pure Russian shipment.

Why don't you just take them at their word? They didn't start any trouble in the Red Sea until the aftermath of Israel's attacks on Gaza. They have clearly stated why they are doing what they are doing. It is in support of the people of Gaza and for a ceasefire. This isn't 5D-chess or something that you have to reverse engineer. Unlike the US, most of these other countries tell you exactly what their motives and intentions are.

Also, if you want to use a bit of common sense and logic for about 2 minues, hear me out. When have the Houthis had an opportunity in the past decade to make connections with Hamas? The Houthis have been neck deep in a proxy war with Saudi Arabia and UAE (Sponsored by the US), while Hamas has been focused on not only Palestinian issues, but also fighting along side the Free Syrian Army and "moderate" rebels against Iran in Syria.

You know Gaza attacked Israel first right? Kinda a b*tch move to think you can sucker punch someone and then drag in a bunch of friends when they start to fight back. Gaza 100% started the fight. they may not have thought it would be as big of deal as it has been; but really wasn't their call after they attacked first. as the kids say Gaza effed around, and now they are finding out.

the Houthi's own slogan is "God is the Greatest, Death to America, Death to Israel, a Curse upon the Jews, Victory to Islam." I am taking them at their word, and that has been their word since 2003.

what type of connection do you think it takes? They don't have to share a land border, they don't have to focus a majority of their efforts towards reaching out. Its not like its difficult to find enemies of Israel in the ME. All it takes is a single liaison from either side to make contact with the other. They share a common benefactor, the Iranians. Iran is arming both Hamas and the Houthis, pretty common sensical the puppet master would align his puppets to doing the same thing. no 5D chess required, basic math will do. Sometimes 2+2 =/= America's fault
