what about the modern drones is supposed to be immune from anti-air missiles?

The purpose is that when they are shot down or put in danger there is no pilot involved. not that they are somehow missile-proof. seems like they are working as intended.

No but why give the Houthi's what they want? They are literally throwing rocks from the shore....... So just move your forces so they don't draw you in. This is elementary. The Houthi's can do nothing but disrupt traffic and hurt civilians.

Your love affair with anything anti West is on full display. You don't even try to hide it any longer. The question is within your denials, are you appealing to anyone but yourself?

The drones are only starting to come online i.e. underwater drones that can attach, swarms, hypersonic missiles, etc. Eventually, these things will be able to be deployed globally.

Large naval ships are thing of the past or soon will be. Against a real enemy they are basically a thing of the past, as a little time goes on they will be useless against even cave dwellers.

Naval combat is going to rapidly change, it already is.

The Alex Jones/ZeroHedge/Lord Bebo narrative is going to be something like this: US intelligence services fed targeting information to the Houthis about a ship carrying Russian coal. The Eisenhower agreed to “look the other way” while the Houthis, using CIA supplied missiles, struck the ship, causing it to sink. The Eisenhower then triumphantly comes to the rescue of the crew.

What? First off, did you even watch the video? Operate at a high level, but the Greek ship was hit and sunken? Also, did you read the subtitles? This wasn't from 2 days ago, but over a week and a half ago.

Yemen’s Houthi rebels released footage showing their attack on a Greek-owned vessel in the Red Sea on June 12. The MV Tutor ship sunk in the days after the strike.

A Liberian flagged bulk carrier carrying Russian coal. And only the second ship sunk since March. So the Houthis are batting .500 on attacking ships not generating profits for their string pullers 😂
