Looking at the AP Top 10

UT is GOOD.

Georgia is GOOD.

It’s at Georgia

Tow good teams face off and anything can happen. A mistake here and there can change the whole thing.

If we lose by 10 there will be Dbags on here saying… “fill in the blank.”

Truth is we want to stand toe to toe with the best and it be even and come down to a few things.

If we get slapped…then fine some complaints are justified
Let's just make sure we deal with Kentucky and Miss State first

Honestly Indiana looks like a top 10 team…

That new coach they have is getting every ounce of talent on that roster. Their backs run hard.
Their QB is decisive and accurate. Their defense is stout!

It’s just a strange year with Vandy being a good team and Indiana being unbeaten in the BIG.

The offense needs to take advantage of the off week and make the necessary adjustments to be more efficient and productive.
The defense is currently playing at championship level.
Time for the offense and special teams to do the same……. GB🍊!

If our offense, meaning the passing game, has truly turned the corner then we could beat anyone. But that remains to be seen. UGA has woken up it seems and looks like the best team in the nation again. I think we could beat Oregon. OSU would be really tough. Regardless of what anyone else thinks I think TX would be a tough game for us.
Curious why you think Oregon is beatable and Ohio State/Texas would be tougher? Genuinely asking

And honestly I feel like we could beat any of the other teams in the top 10. Our defense is just different this year. We'll have the best defense on the field in Athens and I don't think there's any doubt about that. The offense needs to keep coming along. This bye week is coming at a good time for us to get healed and rested up and figure some more things out on the offensive side of the ball. The playoffs are right there in front of us. Go Vols!

Nico has been in his own head. If he just relaxes and plays like he’s capable, we can beat anybody. The D will be there.

So we're gonna get to 24 at Georgia, but not at Oklahoma, at Arkansas, and Florida?
Well yes, we scored 25 against Oklahoma and didn’t kick extra point against Florida because the game was won and not needed. Are you trying to say since we didn’t light the scoreboard up on them games we can’t score 24 against Georgia??? Your one of them compare score guys and base future outcomes on what a team did a month ago. Don’t take that strategy to sports betting places you will get creamed. GBO

How many losses would it take for Alabama to fall out of the top 10? You know the polls are political when Alabama loses to Vandy, almost loses to South Carolina at home and loses to Tennessee, all in back to back weeks.
Just proves that they are still the media darlings everywhere. You know if any other team had done this, they would be struggling to stay in the top 25.

Not if we only have a functional offense for two quarters like the last 4 games.

If we can get back to 4 quarters of offense, then I'd say we'd make a game out of anyone else in the top 10.
Not gonna be easy for any team to score in all four quarters against good competition. Doesn't even usually happen. The key is to take advantage of our opportunities and win each game by one point.

They’re already out of the Top 10. They’re currently ranked #15.

All hinges on QB play. Our defense can keep us in any game if Nico protects the ball and doesn’t make stupid decisions such as int and strip sacks.

We’ve only lost 1 game in the past 3 seasons that wasn’t at Neyland or on a neutral field, and we will avenge that loss in 3 weeks.

You guys do realize OSU and PSU are beating the brakes off of the type of teams we are skating by, don’t you?

If we win by ten there will be a bunch of idiots complaining we didn’t win by 20.
There's absolutely NO way anyone will complain by how much or how we win against Georgia. Would be by far the biggest win since Alabama two years ago.

They beat USC in OT and should’ve lost. They beat Bowling Green by 7 at home. We have 1 common opponent (Kent State) and it was 14-0 until 1 minute left in the first half . PSU hasn’t exactly been putting together style points . They could catch an L tonight at Camp Randall.

Washington @ Indiana
Notre Dame vs Navy
Missouri @ Alabama
Illinois @ Oregon
BYU @ UCF
Texas @ Vanderbilt
LSU @ Texas AM
Penn State @ Wisconsin
SMU @ Duke
Kansas
@ Kansas State

From what I've gathered, this is who we should be rooting for today. Yall correct me if I'm wrong, but I do think we're going to need as many (10-2 possible) teams to go down.

Yes, we beat the Dawgs and none of this matters. Also, any other loss and this is null and void anyways.

My reasoning for AM is that they play @ South Carolina at night next weekend and vs Texas to close the season. LSU catches Alabama at home, @ Florida, and Vandy at home.

What say you?

I am not giving the game to anyone. But, we have some major deficiencies at Tackle that will have to be addressed. UGAs edge rushers destroyed Tejas and CJH will have to find a way to slow them down.
