Loudest you’ve heard Neyland?

Oklahoma 2015. One of the worst home losses ever. The perfect bad storm of Botch and Mayfield going lights out in 4th/OT.
Bama 2022. The Hooker-to-Hyatt TD in the 4th, and the crowd sensed it. Also, the delayed reaction of whether McGrath made the FG then this sweeping roar consumed the stadium.
Florida '98 is up there.

I wasn't at many of the games already listed but I do have couple that come to mind that haven't been.

1996 Alabama - Fulmer was playing for OT after we trailed the entire and Jay Graham broke an 80 yard TD. Game ended on a 4th and goal when Leonard Little has a sack fumble on Freddie Kitchens

1999 Auburn - Deon Grant gets a pick 6 on the first play of the game

Alabama 2022. I got up to let the dogs out and when I opened the door, we scored and I could barely hear myself think from all the noise coming from the stadium. I live in Maryville.

For me, it was in 2006 when the VOLS put a whippin' on the Cal Bears - probably after that Cal TE that was smack talking got laid out on the KO. Me and a buddy was front row next to the visitors section and near their cheerleaders. We talked crap the whole game. Good times!

That game was rocking...for about half a quarter. May have been the worst game Ainge ever played in Neyland
04 vs florida Schaefer started and fumbled on first drive, they rotated Schaefer and Ainge til late in the 2nd quarter. From there on out Ainge played the rest of the game, Ainge was worse in 05. Ainge led touchdown scoring drives of 80,80,and 92yds. He was roughly 12/19 passing for around 191yds, as a true freshman, and the pass to Bret Smith into the endzone was a thing of beauty. Ainge did very well in that game minus his first quarter. Ainge had some horrible games but the 04 game vs Florida he was fire, especially on the road vs #3 Georgia. Ainge had a decent true freshman season til he got injured him and Schaefer, that's when Rick took over for the rest of the season. Which led to the qb rotation nightmare in 05.

2021 Ole Miss has to be honorable mention. My voice was gone after the first quarter lol. Supposedly that’s the loudest Neyland has ever been but who knows.

Last year Georgia first play was insane. Bama this year was great. Probably the best game I’ve been to.

No matter what, Neyland is the best atmosphere in college football. As someone who lives in Austin, Longhorn games are nowhere NEAR the real UT!!! Haha

My response was about the Auburn game. He threw 4 picks in that one
