That seems to be the vogue "haha, hat's wrong" item, but let's face it: He only really played well in a few games up until this last season, and even through the first half of this year people were all over him. It was only during the end of the year push and into the tournament that he really turned it around. Some people have a very limited memory, but looking at his career here as a whole, he wasn't exactly playing at a high level except for at the very end.

So if you're as "wrong" about Dooley as you were "wrong" about Prince, then this still won't end very well.

Yes, if you have any questions on recruiting you can ask Hat and he will share with you....or you can flip a coin and get the right answer the same amount of time.

Yes, I do believe he's smarter then the average bear when it comes to basketball but he tries to play it off as if he knows college coaching which he doesn't. What's even worse is he shows no equal ability to critique football, but he somehow is able to tell the future on how a football coach in a new situation with a new coaching staff, better facilities, and not to mention a recruiting mecca where fathers think of his dad as a God and would love to have their sons play for a Dooley.....See how I did that? I don't know if that's true but I made an opinion. It could be true it may not. If we get a certain amount of players from Georgia though I'm going to throw it around like I'm a recruiting Nostradamus. If it's not then oh well, I'll act like Hat with Pearl at the end of the year. And yes that includes giving no hint as to who would be a better option.

And as a last part. He most certainly is a douche. I've seen him say to people that they are losers because they have not achieved the level of success that he deems as a benchmark. And yes Copper Cellar would be a semi-large restaurant chain in knoxville, with calhoun's being the one you see outside of city limits. You missed my point of saying that if you think that Copper Cellar is fine dinning like Hat hinted towards...then you think Olive Garden is fine Italian food. Nothing wrong with it. Just don't talk out of your league if you are going to promote it like he does. A Don Bosch he is not.

Hat....Can you say one positive thing about the Volunteers? Are you this negative about everything in your life? I would assume so considering the large amount of time that you invest into this Vol FAN site.... if you can't even say positive things about your favorite team then you prob. hate all things in your life. We get it man....your the king of cool...you have a special skill of somehow finding all the flaws normal people miss about their favorite team. His recruiting quotes about character, guys who speak and bleed team is really code for "oh **** I really have to get 4 and 5 star recruits, where do I start?? Ah I know when all else fails Georgia looks fertile, Terry get us a plan for Georgia." Just having a little fun fellas before you blast!

I can't , for the life of me, understand why getting hatevol on board with Dooley is soo important to some on here. Like, If he approved then all will be OK. He has a right to his opinion, just look how well he has done with his predictions of CPB's total failures. Riveting!!!. And Basketball is supposedly his speciality. Give it a rest Volnation , his karnac routine about knowing the future is as irrelevant as tits on a boar hog and it only empowers his ego when posters care. I do not......... Now hatevol here is were you question my intelligence, comparing me to a 5 year old, without any facts. Of course since you can see the future you already have a clever come back just waiting for me to post this dont you, You are always 1 step ahead my friend.

You guys must be imagining things. hatvol isn't posting about football anymore.

FTR, Dooley was at strike two with hatvol the minute he spoke and that twang came out. hatvol's history is to assume anyone with a southern accent is incompetent and stupid then only grudgingly give it up if the guy acts enough like a non-southerner to suit him.

It is very unlikely that Dooley will ever satisfy hatvol regardless of what he does.
