I just don't think we have a bowl quality team. We have no discipline, no chemistry and no heart. And let me tell you something boys- Cut isn't the answer. He will not make ainge into a top QB because aigne does not have the talent.

I'll take three losses for Florida right now!! With that schedule, 3 losses would be a successful season in my book.

Is anybody a fan first? I just don't understand some people's need to consistently bash this team. It must drive you nuts when they actually win games. :BANGHEAD2:

1) Alabama wins SEC
2) texas repeats as national champions
3) USC loses 4 games
4) UT loses 5 games
5) Florida loses 4 games

Those high school teams you have on your schedule for non conference games do not count towards SEC standings I hope you know. No way bama wins SEC....:bash:

No I'm just a realist. Cut does not have magic dust he can spread over the offense and make it better. It will take about 2-3 years before he can do anything with that offense. It is like they don't know how to win. Right now we are not winners and we accept it

You cannot be serious.
1. Bama will be down and they have to get by LSU and Auburn...ummmm no
2. Texas has a freshman QB and has Ohio St week 2
3. That is just a joke, 3 is the most. They are still loaded with parade all americans and will be top 10
4. I agree with this one
5. That is debateable. Meyer's Offense clicks in the 2nd year so they should be tough.

We are not winners and we accept it? Come on, even you can't believe the stuff you're typing.:jpshakehead:

And BTW, a realist is a fence-sitter without the guts to pick a side. You would rather say "I told you so" than have to say "I was wrong about that". I'd rather be disappointed by a losing season than right about predicting one.

I will be the first and happiest to admitt that I was wrong if we have a good season. And I do belive we don't have that winners instinct, the games get close our players think "How can I not screw this up" instead of "give me the ball and I will make a play"

But you will also say "I told you so" if we stink. I don't understand the joy in going to a game and thinking "man, we're gonna lose this game too". I personally go to every game expecting to see UT win, no matter the opponent. I wouldn't watch if I didn't.

i would agree with you, about last year, but in 03 and 04, i think it was the opposite, we were winning the majority of those close games before....and at the time, while i wasn't super excited, i liked the fact that we were finding ways to win those close games instead of wilting and losing, which is what happened last year.

And there is a difference between beating a conf. rival or big time opponent 13-10, than beating UAB or Memphis by the same margin. And that was a sign of things to come as last season wore on.
