If they did it, there would have been footage of it. There would have been credible witnesses. If they had performed the gang beatings of 6 on 1, then the fat white kid wouldn't have only suffered some minor bruising and a possible broken nose. If they did it then you better believe the KPD would be seeking justice for what supposedly happened to the off duty cop.

There would have been footage of it if they'd done it, but since they didn't, there's definitely no footage. Makes sense.

I can tell you have been in Knoxville a long time, you still think we do the right thing....

By the way what do you consider a credible witness, one who owns a bar or one who drinks at a bar?

I don't want to burst your bubble, but they are football players at UT, they got off because of it. I was not there because I don't play football and I would still be in jail if It was me.

If you think truth holds priority at KPD you are just kidding yourself, people who do a lot worse get off clean every day with a few dollars paid to right person

Well they have taken the first steps to that with their last coaching hire. String together several 7-5 seasons and that will kill the Kiffin hype once and for all. No more 5* star recruits to elevate his Lame coaching ability. Death of another storied program is just around the corner.

You may be right with what you have said. I don't think anyone knows for sure and that's the point; but haven't the investigations of the KPD lead to several players getting kicked off of the team recently? That being the case I'm not willing to discredit an entire police department over one incident.

I chalk this up to not knowing "who dunit".

Sorry if I left the impression that I was discrediting the entire police dept over one incident, I was making a reference to historical events. I hope those who were guilty have been sufficently discovered and pushished but I have my doubts, I do not know any real facts, just speaking from 60 years in this fair city :question:
