Tom Lemming has Marlon as the number 1 WR in the class of 2009, and he knows what he is talking about. Marlon was interviewed by him and he said that his top 3 are Tennessee, LSU, and Ohio State with Notre Dame and Florida not far behind. He said I really like Tennessee and Ohio State right now. I think we land this guy. If we don't then he will go to Ohio State and I would love that too. Imagine Terrelle Pryor and Marlon at OSU or Tajh Boyd and Marlon at Tennessee.

Memphis (Tenn.) Harding wide receiver Marlon Brown arrived home this evening from his official visit to Ohio State. What he found on his trip was what he expected, and that is a good thing for the Buckeyes. Brown tells Bucknuts.com all about his Ohio State visit and what his future plans are.
Since then, he has been in talks with UGA weekly and the Dawgs sent two coaches to see him last Friday.
"Coach Searels and Coach Eason came up to my school around noon on Friday," said Brown. "I was walking down the hall and I saw them standing in the office. They can't really talk to me yet, but they shook my hand when they saw me."
The Dawgs have been recruiting the no. 57 player in the country hard from the get go. UGA offered Brown early and things have not slowed down as UGA is in pursuit of one of the best.
"I am going to get back down to Georgia for a basketball game probably in January," the Rivals100 receiver said. "It is just going to be an unofficial visit where I can talk to the basketball coaches, the football coaches, and to see Georgia one more time."
"I have talked to Coach Felton (UGA Basketball Head Coach) and he says I can play basketball at Georgia if I want to. Both coaching staffs are recruiting, so I want to get back down there once more to talk with them."
