Just read through a couple of pages of this thread............it used to make me angry, but now it simply makes me sad.

I'd rather re-watch the 2nd half of the UT/bama game.......most of you guys see reality far more poorly than did the refs.

Again if police are so stupid then wouldn’t it make sense for us to have fewer laws, therefore fewer police interactions?

I do. A Remington 22 LR (66 nylon) that I inherited from my grandfather. It ain't much but I do shoot it regularly and it is locked and loaded. I'm probably ****ed against a shotgun but I'll take my chances. I really just have it in case something attacks my dog while he's outside. It's obviously not ideal for home defense. But can work in a pinch lol.

Right but again…..if you don’t pass laws that allow two police officers to arrest someone for selling unlicensed cigarettes then someone doesn’t end up choked to death. Just let it go. The government doesn’t need to have as much interaction with its citizenry as it does.

For home defense close encounters, look into a 12 gauge mossberg. There are many different selections/styles and it won’t break the bank. Any intruder with a small amount of sense would think twice even if they only heard the pump.

Agreed. And typically a wife with no experience with firearms can handle something like that. I agree 100%. Cost effective as well, as you mentioned.

True story. Took my wife to the range shortly after I bought my Glock 19. She put her first one dead center between the eyes. Put her second one slightly above her first, still dead center. Put the firearm down and said “I don’t like this”.

If y’all find out I died from an 9mm shot to the skull, you will know I pushed her just a bit too far! 😂
