Nolte: Report Says MSNBC Will Fire Homophobe Joy Reid

One of Twitter’s blue checkmarks is reporting that “Joy Reid will lose her 7p show in the next round of reshuffling at MSNBC.”

Jon Nicosia, a former managing editor at the far-left Mediaite, says a source at Comcast assures him Reid will be gone by spring. Her firing will be blamed on ratings, but the real reason is that she is not only “unmanageable,” but like disgraced former CNN anchor Chris Cuomo, Reid’s Comcast allies “have found out she has been ‘less than truthful about past incidents.'”

Nicosia added that like Cuomo and CNN, “MSNBC/Comcast [will] defend her right until the announcement.”

CNN’s Brian Stelter, a far-left conspiracy theorist, immediately ran to Reid’s rescue.

“There’s a tweet making the rounds about Joy Reid, claiming she’s on the way out at MSNBC,” the basement-rated Stelter tweeted. “An MSNBC rep is wasting no time in pushing back: ‘It’s bogus.'”

Kamala Harris’s Former Press Secretary Is Getting Her Own MSNBC Show

The old, somewhat hyperbolic criticism of MSNBC: “This so-called news network is so far in the tank for the Biden administration that their show hosts might as well be Biden administration press secretaries.”

Politico reports that Vice President Kamala Harris’s former top spokesperson Symone Sanders is “joining the network as the host of both a weekend program and a show airing on NBC’s streaming platform Peacock.” I suppose that’s one way the vice president’s office can ensure the veep gets better coverage.

'Rachel Maddow Show' worried Madison Cawthorn might ask to come on show if they asked him for comment: Email

MSNBC producer accidentally copied North Carolina congressman's office on email: 'If we did inquire he might ask to come on ... don't want to take that risk'

A producer for "The Rachel Maddow Show" accidentally copied Rep. Madison Cawthorn's, R-N.C., office on an email Monday worrying Cawthorn might ask to come on the MSNBC program if they asked him for comment about a story.

A senior "Maddow" producer emailed a Capitol Hill NBC News colleague regarding an Associated Press piece about a small North Carolina group disputing Cawthorn's re-election candidacy because he addressed the pro-Trump Jan. 6 rally last year.

According to Cawthorn's office, apparently unaware the congressman's team was copied on the message, he asked his colleague to request comment from Cawthorn for fear that if a "Maddow" representative did it, "he might ask to come on and explain … don't want to take that risk."

"We are kinda interested in this AP story (below) that just dropped about Rep. Madison Cawthorn. A group of voters in NC is challenging his candidacy based on his ties to the insurrection," the producer wrote, according to the email obtained by Fox News Digital. "1. Do you or any other NBC Hill folks plan to ask him for comment on this story? 2. If not, is that something you guys could do? We don’t have a relationship with his office and between you and me are a little worried that if we did inquire he might ask to come on and explain. I know that is HIGHLY doubtful, but don’t want to take that risk. Luke Ball (?) I guess is the spox quoted?"

Former Co-Host: Joy Reid Created ‘Most Toxic Work Environment I’ve Ever Experienced’

A former co-host of MSNBC’s Joy Reid has come forward alleging she created an unbearably toxic work environment and once threatened him with physical violence over ten years ago.

“Andre Eggelletion, former lead host of the [Wake Up South Florida] morning show with Reid, recently spoke out about her for the first time in more than a decade, saying Reid created “the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced” and threatened him with violence,” reports Fox News.

“It was a very unhealthy work environment because of her attitude. She attacked me on a constant basis while I was there. I was even once threatened with physical violence during a break with her,” Eggelletion told Fox News, who said the incident arose after Reid protested covering an unspecified news report.

“There was a dispute over it and I told her, ‘Go ahead and call the manager’,” Eggelletion said.

Reid allegedly shot back, “If you ever speak to me like that again I’m coming over there and it’s gonna be me and you.”

Lee Michaels, Syndication One’s national program director, recalls bringing the incident up to management, which led to a sit-down between Reid and her bosses.

“I talked to the general manager and I told him this has to be dealt with in a very firm manner because it was inappropriate and it just can’t be tolerated,” says Michaels.

It would not be surprising given the way she acts on air. If you've ever worked with someone who stirred up stuff all the time then you understand this.

Fox News has outdrawn CNN and MSNBC COMBINED for 21 straight weeks

Fox News Channel kicked off the new year as the No. 1 basic cable network from Jan. 3-9, 2022, as CNN saw staggering declines, shedding nearly 90% of its early 2021 audience in multiple categories.

CNN averaged 2.7 million viewers from Jan. 4-10 last year as the network experienced a brief post-election spike but plummeted to only 548,000 average viewers last week, for a stunning year-over-year drop of 80% of its total audience.

People want to hear what the MSM and White House are trying to drown out so they can feed their propaganda only to the people.

Fox makes Jeanine Pirro Permanent co-host of The Five

Pirro will give up her weekend show, Justice with Judge Jeanine, but will continue hosting Castles USA on Fox Nation. The company said it will announce a replacement for her weekend show "at a later date.

Pirro, who would often fill in as a guest host after regular Kimberly Guilfoyle's departure, will join Dana Perino, Greg Gutfeld, and Jesse Watters as permanent hosts of the show. The liberal slot will continue to rotate among Geraldo Rivera, Harold Ford Jr., and Jessica Tarlov.

During the fourth quarter of 2021, The Five became the first non-prime-time cable news show to finish a quarter with the highest cable news ratings. The show averaged 3.3 million viewers per day, topping all other cable news shows in total viewers that quarter, including Tucker Carlson Tonight.

I wonder what's going on with the Chattanooga local NBC Affiliate?

They have just redone their website & social media pages dropping their call sign WRCB and NBC logos?

The other station owned by Sarkes Tarzian, KTVN in Reno, NV, has had a similar makeover recently. Removal of call sign, emphasis on number, generic web presence.

Some SVP must have had a friend in web design who needed some business.

It might also be the start of local stations wishing to distance themselves from their primary content providers. With the negative reputation that the letters cbs, abc, and nbc have right now I wouldn't want to have their letters on my local newscast

Fox News Channel's revamped Daytime Programming lineup Thumps CNN, MSNBC after one year

The trio of new editions to Fox News’ lineup has been highly successful, dominating CNN and MSNBC in the ratings department in the process.

"America’s Newsroom" averaged 1.5 million viewers from 9-11 a.m. during its first year on the air to double CNN’s viewership during the same time period. CNN averaged 755,000 since "America’s Newsroom" was revamped to lose to Hemmer and Perino by a staggering 102%, while MSNBC averaged 888,000 to lose by 72%.

Hemmer and Perino also dominated the advertiser-coveted demographic of adults age 25-54, averaging 248,000 demo viewers compared to 174,000 for CNN and a dismal 110,000 for MSNBC.

"The Faulkner Focus" at 11 a.m. ET averaged 1.5 million viewers during its inaugural year compared to 833,000 for CNN and 797,000 for MSNBC. Faulkner’s program, which airs directly before "Outnumbered," topped CNN by 78% and MSNBC by 86% among total viewers.

"The Faulkner Focus" also crushed cable news competition among the key demo, averaging 238,000 viewers in the critical category compared to 192,000 for CNN and only 109,000 for MSNBC.

Stephanie Ruhle to replace Brian Williams at MSNBC

stephanie-ruhle-brian-williams.jpg

Stephanie Ruhle has been tapped to replace Brian Williams as host of left-leaning MSNBC’s late night news hour while “Morning Joe” will expand to four-hour daily broadcasts, the Comcast-owned cable network announced.

Ruhle’s 9 a.m. time slot will be filled by “Morning Joe” co-hosts Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski, and Willie Geist, who will anchor a four-hour show beginning at 6 a.m. every day.

MSNBC has posted better ratings for its primetime shows than rival CNN, but both networks combined fail to bring in anywhere near the number of viewers who watch Fox News on a nightly basis.
