Some of this forum's conservatives think all Democrats think alike. Sure the Democrats as a group have become more progressive, but the party still accomodates a wider band of ideologies than the GOP.

I don't hate Republicans. If they can come up with a solid ticket, I am casting my vote there in the general of 2012. Like I said earlier, if Perry is nominated, I will abstain from voting.

I can cite more examples if you want. We can start with a good chunk of the Obama administration, then I can move to the recent Presidential hopefuls from the D Party, then I could move on to those in Hollywood, then I cite some "Blogs" on the NY Times or the WashPost or the AJC.

Maybe we can talk about how 65% of this country is against 99% of abortions, or how Dems view large corporations as evil. I am still waiting on Haliburton to take over the world. Never understood the hate against a company whose main job is to put steel pipe in the ground.

I see that they are for abortions, for raising taxes on people just because they make "too much money", for making it more difficult on business to conduct business, for union thuggery, for keeping people dependent on government benefits, for taking away rights to gun ownership, for open borders, for failing public schools, and for government control of our Health Care.

Do you think pro-choice is the same as pro-abortion? I would rather not not see any woman have an abortion but also don't feel like I can tell a woman what to do with her body. That's why I am pro-choice. I am also a huge supporter of the military. I am anti-union as well. I consider myself an independent, but am a registered Democrat.

The whole healthcare bill and it's process was botched. Can't really argue against it.


The left isn't perfect, but they aren't as despicable as some make them out to be. It's not like the right is a shining beacon of American perfection.

Yep, I'm pro choice, as in you have a choice to have sex or not. After 6 weeks and what you think is "tissue" growing inside of you is really a human with a heart beat, brain, hands and feet, you have two choices. Keep it or give it up for adoption
