Mike Matthews to portal? [He’s staying]

Mark Richt helped fire Fulmer once the GA pipeline was shut off.
Yep… Fulmer never could overcome the rise of UGA/Bama and our administration tightening up on academics. It also didn’t help when Spurrier went to SC and started keeping players in state.

Which guy has a 12-0 season and which guy can't win big games on the road?
When you win 2 games, I’m pretty sure you’re not winning anywhere lol. It’s just a dumb comparison 15 minutes after we made the playoff and FSU spent 4 months getting their head kicked in by everybody.

Fulmer benefited from regional recruiting being so bad, programs on probation and Tennessee having the bells and whistles nobody had yet. Have to remember Holtz started the SC border being closed, Ole Ball Coach took it to another level.

Duck these kids. I'm not renewing my season tickets bc I'm not paying these brats. I don't care as much as I used to bc of this nonsense. Scholarships were a huge thing to get. Nil, super conferences, stupid ass decisions for the playoffs. I don't watch the NFL ever. Ncaa is just nfl with brats.

But everyone said this was the right thing to do. Painful to watch all the negative consequences many warned about come to life. But no one wanted to listen

Hopefully you mean they wanted to play for another coach? If the day comes that players can dictate who their position coach is.....yeah, I'd be out.
Didnt we see that with Boo this week? Saying here or elsewhere he’ll be playing offense.

If it happened to a coach that went undefeated the year prior, it couldn't happen to the coach that got embarrassed in the playoffs?

It was the right thing to do. It's the NCAAs fault it came to litigation that neutered them for it to happen. If they would have just been reasonable all these anti trust suits that they keep getting wouldn't have never happened.

Agreed. Im not the coach, I never will be the coach, and outside of kid football and lacrosse I’ve never coached anything; but it would seem to me if what you have isn’t working why not give the other kids a chance?
Practice habits? This would make me think he is the diva type.
