ICE: Jailed ‘Wife’ of East Texas 5x Murder Suspect Also a Deported Migrant

COLDSPRING, Texas — The “wife” of the four-time deported Mexican national accused of murdering five Honduran migrants in their home is also an immigration fugitive, according to federal immigration officials. The woman, now in the Montgomery County, Texas, jail on felony charges of helping accused murderer Francisco Oropesa evade arrest, is herself an immigration fugitive after being ordered removed from the U.S. for a second time.

Responding to an inquiry from Breitbart Texas, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) officials reported they placed an immigration detainer on 52-year-old Divimara Lamar Nava, an unlawfully present Mexican national. Officials say Nava was removed from the U.S. by ERO officers after an immigration judge ordered her removal on December 29, 2009.

Dallas mall shooting: Texas law enforcement identify suspected shooter as Mauricio Garcia

Records obtained by Fox News Digital indicate the suspect is 33-year-old Mauricio Martinez Garcia of Dallas, Texas.

The suspect's last known address is approximately 30 miles south of the shooting at Allen Premium Outlets in Dallas, Texas, and appears to be the Budget Suites of America.

Multiple FBI agents reported to a home in the Northeast Patrol division of Dallas, with several Dallas Police officers standing outside on Sunday. Multiple sources said the home is where the suspected 30-something-year-old shooter lives with his parents.

The agents were reportedly speaking with family inside the home. A translator was reportedly requested by the family.

Rep. Henry Cuellar (D-TX), whose congressional district is on the U.S.-Mexico border, slammed the Biden administration during an interview over the weekend for causing a historic illegal immigration crisis on the southern border.

“Surely, we are seeing people coming in, the border is open,” Cuellar began. “There are some policies that in my opinion should have been implemented some years ago.”

Cuellar said that the pull factors created by the administration have led to illegal aliens currently trying to come in from “over 60 countries,” saying that “it’s almost like a mini U.N. down there.”

In an exclusive statement to Breitbart News, Cotton suggested the initiative is a mere “publicity stunt” designed to confuse Americans who may believe the administration is taking the pending waves of illegal immigration, following Title 42’s end, seriously while actually having troops help more quickly release border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. interior.

Unfortunately, everything this administration does should be looked at with cynicism. They are a leftist administrative state.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott on Monday announced a new Texas Tactical Border Force ahead of the expiration of the Title 42 public health order, which helped block migrants from entering the U.S.

In response to "Joe Biden’s reckless border policies," the Texas National Guard is loading Black Hawk helicopters and C-130s to deploy specially trained National Guard members to "hotspots along the border to intercept, to repel and to turn back migrants who are trying to enter Texas illegally," Abbott said at a press conference from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

In a statement, the Texas National Guard said it activated 545 more service members at locations around the state Monday to "reinforce the border mission in anticipation of the end of Title 42 immigration restrictions."

150 Migrants Found on One Texas Freight Train near Border

Kinney County Sheriff’s deputies found an estimated 150 migrants stowed away on a freight train near Spofford, Texas, hoping to escape the border region. The deputies summoned additional law enforcement officers to assist in boarding and searching the rail cars on Friday afternoon. In all, 86 migrants were removed from the train and turned over to the Border Patrol. An estimated 70 or more migrants managed to run onto nearby ranches and escape from the authorities.

I don't know about organized violence, but there are certainly a lot of Texans who harbor ill feelings toward Hispanics and, in particular circumstances, might act on those feelings in a violent way.

There are a lot of dysfunctional countries in the world, with a lot of poor people, and major and better efforts need to be made by their leaders and other countries to help fix their problems. Central America has been a mess for decades--tiny countries with tiny, struggling economies, political tumult and gang violence, and everybody wants to leave. We all know about Mexico. Migration has become a massive issue--problem--for Western countries.
