EXCLUSIVE: Texas Begins Jailing Female Migrants Arrested at Border on State Crimes

The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is now detaining female migrants arrested along the border on state crimes. The new policy expands the existing policies of arresting male migrants for state crimes under Governor Greg Abbott’s Operation Lone Star.

“Beginning today, TDCJ is accepting female migrants arrested by Texas law enforcement officers along the border,” TDCJ Director of Communications Amanda Hernandez told Breitbart Texas on Wednesday.”The females will be held in the Lopez Unit in Edinburg.”

Hernandez explained this is a continuation of the department’s role in the Operation Lone Star border security mission. She said the expansion of the program will now allow state and local law enforcement to arrest female migrants that are committing crimes like criminal trespass and other state crimes after illegally crossing the border from Mexico.

House Republicans Investigating alleged Retaliation Toward Border Security Whistleblower

A witness at the center of House Republicans’ investigation into the Biden administration’s handling of the southern border has allegedly been retaliated against for their cooperation, prompting lawmakers to open an inquiry into possible government interference.

Republicans on the House Oversight and Homeland Security committees sent a letter to U.S. Customs and Border Protection officials on Friday demanding information about the reassignment of Gregory Bovino, who said he was “relieved of his command” after conducting a transcribed interview with lawmakers earlier this month. Bovino previously oversaw the El Centro Sector of the border before he was “indefinitely” reassigned to report to the CBP office in Washington, D.C.

Would the US border not also be the TX state border? If so, it seems that states like TX should have the right to defend their own borders. This should be interesting and maybe eventually headed to the SC. I can't see how you take away a state's right to police the state, but dems have tried very hard to do so starting with the Sheriff Arpaio in AZ.

Establishment media outlets and other players do not want to have a conversation about what is happening to children, as thousands of unaccompanied children are disappearing into the U.S. interior, Tim Ballard, the individual at the center of the box office surprise Sound of Freedom, told Breitbart News during an exclusive interview at the Turning Point Action Conference in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Ballard noted that establishment media outlets — Rolling Stone, MSNBC, CBS, CNN, and more — posted “glowing” stories about the operation that occurred on October 11, 2014.

“They applauded it. They said that we were good guys. They said, ‘Congratulations, you rescued children.’ Eight years later, those same outlets are pretending that didn’t happen. … They’re lying about it. They’re changing their story. Mexican cops discover FAKE U.S. Customs and Border Protection truck with convincing Logos carrying 17 would-be Migrants

Mexico authorities seized a fake U.S. Border Patrol pickup truck that was being used by smugglers in an attempt to sneak 17 Mexican nationals across the border.

The white Ford F150 was stopped by local police in Ladrillera, a remote area in the Mexican border city of Tijuana on Saturday.

Images taken by authorities showed the pickup truck had replica decal stickers from U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) that were applied on each side of the vehicle as well as a label with a series of digits that apparently identified the vehicle.

Smugglers in Mexico were able to set up a white pickup truck to resemble the ones that are used by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. The fake truck was carrying 17 Mexican nationals when it was pulled over Saturday in Ladrillera, a remote area in the border city of Tijuana

CBP One App blasted as ‘Disney FastPass’ for Migrants at fiery border hearing

The Biden administration’s CBP One App was compared to a “Disney FastPass” for migrants into the US by a GOP congressman during a heated hearing about the US-Mexico border Wednesday.

During a Capitol Hill grilling of Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas Wednesday morning, Rep. Matt Gaetz (R) of Florida accused the Biden administration of allowing migrants into the US indefinitely through the app, which he likened to a theme park pass.

“This app that you’ve got everybody downloading is like the Disney FastPass into the country — never to be subject to be actual removal,” Gaetz declared.

Unaccompanied Honduran Girl, 5, found in Texas days after mother died, authorities say

An unaccompanied 5-year-old girl from Honduras was found in Texas last week after crossing illegally into the United States, authorities said Thursday.

The Texas Department of Public Safety said the girl was found in Eagle Pass. She had a plastic bag with her birth certificate and an address in the U.S. where she was presumably headed.

Six days earlier, the child was found alone by three women in Piedras Negras, Mexico, across from Eagle Pass, who helped her cross into the U.S.

Mexican immigrant mechanic Killed by customer who claims shop stole his TV: police

A Kansas City man is facing jail time after allegedly shooting a mechanic he had accused of stealing a television from his car.

Tyrell Young, 28, is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 49-year-old Marcos A. Munoz-Benitez earlier this month. Munoz-Benitez was found dead after a verbal altercation with Young regarding a TV that was allegedly stolen from his car, according to court documents.

Kansas City police officers arrived on the scene of a mechanic shop and found Munoz-Benitez, a recent immigrant from Mexico, suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Witnesses told police that an irate Young came to the business and accused the mechanic shop of being responsible for a TV missing from a Chevrolet Camaro he had dropped off at the business.

Surveillance video from the shop shows a man, identified by witnesses as Young, confront Munoz-Benitez about the TV before lifting his shirt to pull a concealed gun and shoot the victim. Young then allegedly continued to shoot Munoz-Benitez several times while also punching and pistol whipping him after he was already wounded. Once Munoz-Benitez fell to the ground, Young allegedly continued to punch him several times as the victim was lying motionless.
